I pulled up to drive through and was ignored until the line reached the second window bc the workers who saw me in the first window did not want to talk to me as I waved for help bc I didn’t know if I was supposed to park somewhere special or something I would’ve waited if it made it easier for them, but there was no need to ignore me and then get hostile bc I’m suddenly at the second window wondering if I’m in the correct place nobody cared to assist me. And If you don’t serve ice cream after 12 can you advertisement or notice or something it so that I don’t end up paying for something I don’t want. I ordered on the app and paid in advance just to be told that they don’t serve ice cream after 12?? I felt like a child being told I’ve had too much sugar I have no idea when or if that rule began. And if you are in a bad mood can you try to hide it from the public or just go home I am also a human and I also have bad days but I don’t go around making other people or clients feel small by talking to them in such a rude tone I just had came to pick up my order and instead I left with a bad taste in my mouth from the infamous bad service McDonald’s continuously allows it’s employees to use. There’s PLENTY of people in need of jobs I’m sure there’s someone who can conduct themselves in a peaceful manner instead of keeping people who clearly don’t appreciate being there . Read more10/01/24: This place little by little is going to crap. I am here all the time as a delivery driver and to eat here. In the last few months the customer service is crappy (all the good workers seem to be going somewhere else), they have taken off the plugs to charge the phones TV's are almost always off now, the music is so loud you can't really talk, they have even come to tell my kids to get out of the play area at 8 when it closes at 9 and today as a paying customer the lady (one of the managers/shift leader) tells me I can't fill my water bottle with water since I didn't pay for that yet she is the one handing me my meal which includes a drink. Yet they give customers cups for water. This is getting ridiculous. Guess I am going to take my business to another place even another McDonald's as I have also heard from employees that they will also be taking down the drink machines. Every time I come I feel less like a valued customer. They are running the customers out the door with everything they are not doing and doing wrong. 01/08/25: I came in as a delivery driver to pick up an order and parked in the #8 (last parking space) of the drive thru/mobile order parking spaces to be closer to the door yet not be in the way of all other parking spaces (even though they were mostly empty but one other person) and the drive thru lady (another manager/shift leader) had me move my car even though I was only there for 2 minutes. It would not have bothered me if she would have asked nicely (but she was like yeah I am talking to you) and if drive-thru was very busy (I would have not parked there in the first place). Pull up to the #2 drive-thru position, waiting for the #1 position to finish. Another car pulls into the #1 spot and orders, and then another. I make sure my cloaking device is not turned on and I proceeded to drive completely around the building to get into the number one position. at this point they tell me they are cash only tonight which I had heard several times already from the other people ordering. No problem, pull up to the first window, no one is there so I pull up to the second window to pay. I have a mobile coupon to use because quite frankly a McDouble is not worth $1.89 but it's worth $1. At this point they tell me they can't take any coupons because their systems are down which is funny because when I was sitting at the number to drive through I could see all of the orders coming on the screen that we're not showing up at the position number one ordering spot.
Last Sunday night around 8pm this location also ran out of sweet tea. if they would have told me they had no tea when I ordered, I could have gone to a different location and there would be no issue but instead I had to wait for 9 minutes between ordering and pulling up to the pay window to find out.
I don't stop at this location in the morning over in the daytime, but usually the late night crew do a pretty decent job. I did not see the usual person working tonight so I don't know if that's what the issue was.
