Update: After not visiting this location for almost a year (see below), we decided to give it another shot, being it is so close to our home. We ended up being forced to wait in the drive-thru line for almost 20 minutes because there is no way out of it. You're stuck. We finally made our order and got home to enjoy our food. Unfortunately there was no meat on an $8+ Burrito Supreme. $8 for a taco with barely anything in it and a freakin bean burrito. This is absolutely the last time. This place is a wreck.
*Stopped by their drive-thru today, around 6 hoping to grab a quick bite before getting on the road for the holiday. There was a young man standing at the entrance of the drive-thru taking orders. I asked him if he had a menu and he said no. I asked him if I could drive up to see the menu and he said no, that I had to put my order in with him without viewing the menu. He offered no help or compromise. He just said no. How can a person who doesn't visit TB often order without being allowed to see the menu? And what sort of employee would allow a customer to back out of the drive-thru because of their refusal to allow said customer to view the menu. What kind of management would send the employee out to take orders at the beginning of the drivethru and not by the menu. This is blatant incompetence. Tried to call the store 5 times, but they just allowed it to ring and ring...and ring. I get being understaffed, but this was freakin ridiculous. I should be reporting this to the...
Read moreTHE WORST service I've EVER gotten ANYWHERE in the country from ANY type of business. I'M EASY! Just look me in the eye, smile and say, "Hello"! and I'll usually do the rest! Not here. Young man who took my order, when i first walked up, ignored me and walked away! There wasn't another person inside the restaurant! When he came back from doing nothing but ignoring me, he asked, "You ready ta awwda?" I just told him my order and he tipped it in then stared at me as i waited for my drink cup. He looked around, looked at me again like(what?), then he figured it out and SLOOOOWLY reached down to get my cup. He handed it to me, dropped my change from about 8 inches over my hand and then walked away without a word. I said "thank you" and he made no reply. I'm f-ing sick of being treated in ways I've never even SEEN a person treated before all of this started. Get your sh#$t straight TACO BELL. I won't be back. I don't want to ingest saliva from someone who hates me THAT MUCH for my skin color. I'm ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN had i been a pretty young girl i would've been treated MUCH BETTER, but I'm not sure THAT'S a good thing for...

I was in drive thru and the lady gave me my credit card and food at the same time. So I was holding the food and putting the credit card up at the same time. She had the nerve to to tell me to move up I couldn’t because I was putting up my credit card then she got louder and louder telling me to move when I was zipping up my purse. So I was finished I went parked my car and went inside asking for the manager that I needed to talk to the manager and needed Corporate’s number the young guy that was working inside was asking me what happen and I told him. The rude lady over heard me and started yelling at me. They both refuse to give me corporate’s number and when I asked the young guy where is the manager he told me the lady that ways yelling at u is the manager. I think she needs to be talked too and needs to take a class on treating her Customer is more nicely. I won’t be back to this Taco...
