Starbucks — Restaurant in Miami Shores

Ordered my regular soy latte, only tall instead of Grande, this time. When I purchase the grande in Pembroke pines, it's always just charged as just a soy latte,$4.83. At this store, the tall came out to $4.33. The receipt read : espresso latte, add milk (.60). So i asked, " How is it a latte without milk already added? The barista answered quute surly, "Because we add soy." I said " you charge extra for soy here?" She replied, "For soy, for almond milk and for coconut milk." I said, "still doesn't make sense to me, but I'll accept it." She had quite the attitude, though. I sometimes order a drip coffee with soy added, and they never charge me. They have skim and 2% milk, and don't charge for that. They carry 7 or 8 choices of sweetners, and don't charge extra for those. i wasnt pleased being treated like a dummy, plus she under pulled the coffee.it was like half of a tall latte for almost the same price...

its a young man that works there has golds im his mouth was there today june 1,2023 around 6:40pm super rude and hostile because he didn’t understand what i was saying i was trying to order a caramel ribbon creme Frappuccino, and a chocolate croissant, thank you and then he told me “make it make sense” with a nasty attitude and they dont do tik tok orders but i never even tried to get a tik tok order so i was confused. i told him he needed to calm down because he was just being super rude for no reason. guess because they are close to closing he needed an excuse not to do anything else…then told me he was refusing my service which is crazy because he was the one being unnecessarily rude but i guess that is the type of staff you guys hire over there at that location never had an issue ordering my...

The staff is rude. When I tried to order a shaken espresso. They tried to tell me that they couldn’t make it with a different alternative milk. A drink that I order at other Starbucks frequently. Then they tried to tell me that my shaken espresso comes with three shots instead of four. The guy even tried to show me the book where the recipe was. Except the recipe on the paper said four. He was still not willing to give me Four even though he was completely wrong. Be careful ordering from the Starbucks you’re not getting what...
