Burger King — Restaurant in Miami Springs

I have gotten good service at this bk but today I was disappointed. I waited my turn and when I was called I order my usual order: a cheeseburger and value fries. They both come out to $4 and some change and satisfy my want for the occasional bk. The young lady at the register (around 420 pm) refuse to accept my order and kept pointing to the drinks wanting to force me to get a meal. I let her know bk allows customer to order single items, she then only adds a cheeseburger. I ask please can I also have the value fries. She rings up small fries. I have to repeat my order again to her, a cheeseburger and value fries. She rings me up and extends a receipt at me. No eye contact. I walk over to the counter to pick up my 2 item order and realize they forgot to include fries. When I asked the young man in charge of packing the orders he included them for me and apologized for forgetting which I really appreciated as he showed good customer service skills. Perhaps he can train the young lady, his co worker on improving her social skills and customer...

I recently visited a Burger King location for a quick meal, and my experience was a mix of positive and negative aspects.

Upon entering, I noticed the restaurant was clean and the staff were welcoming. The ordering process was straightforward with their digital kiosks, though traditional counter service was also available. I opted for the Whopper meal, a classic choice.

The Whopper itself was well-prepared. The beef patty was juicy, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The combination of flavors from the pickles, onions, lettuce, and the special sauce made for a satisfying burger. The fries were hot and crispy, exactly what you'd hope for from a fast-food chain.

I was excited about finding the chance to try the Impossible burger. First of all service is slow, very slow... the store wasnt busy, the person by me ordered from the touch screen , guess what, since they didnt get a paper ticket everything lead to confusion and madness... all of this situation stopped the store... very frustrating because we are all going somewhere...it is called fast food. I got the burger, it didnt say anywhere the components meaning toppings, loaded in mayo and ketchup, that sat me off... the burger itself tastes and looks like meat...first bite ok...oadt the 3rd or 4rd there is like an after taste...
