McDonald's — Restaurant in Miami Springs

This McDonald’s is the worst but honestly so is the one on 54th street. Everytime i get a late night craving they’re always SLOW. Usually there are a lot of cars and they take nearly an hour for that even thought it’s suppose to be FAST FOOD and I’ve been to other fast food chains with that many cars that still serve faster than this McDonald’s can. It seems to me like they’re understaffed and don’t give a damn. Tonight I went and there were only 3 cars in front of me. The lady immediately told me to give her a second. I wait and wait and wait. 15 mins pass by and still I cannot he attended. The lady who was waiting behind me decided to get down and confront them at the window. I decided to leave and get some Taco Bell. This is not the first time I leave out of that place for some Taco Bell instead. Taco Bell is way faster and they get your orders right. They’re the true late night food chain and you can get whatever you want, no restrictions on the menu all because of the time of day. You want food? They got you! Screw McDonalds honestly, I’m done with them! If I could give zero...

Just placed an order by the drive thru and they had me waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Mind you there was only one car before me. When I reached the window to pay the cashier, she said $2.14. I asked her why it was taking so long. She apparently didn't like my question and repeated again $2.14. I asked her again and with a rolling of the eyes and pist off look, she says that they were having big orders. I told her she could keep her attitude and give it to her boss but not the customer. She quickly took my money and closed the window. When I reached the next window to pick up my order, the manager was the one that was there. I told him what had just happened and he didn't seem to care much. He gave me a quick "so sorry" and handed me my meal. Maybe they both should receive training on customer service b/c they obviously can care less. At least the manager was apologetic but the cashier needs...

The service was atrocious. I ordered my dinner and placed my serving number on the table. However, the representative decided not to bring out the food, however had me go to the counter and retrieve it. She also had her hand over my drink contaminating my beverage when I asked for a different lid she took over two minutes to retrieve such lid, which made me uncomfortable, and I asked for a water. At this point, the manager came out, and he stated that he does not allow his representatives to bring dinners to tables because of the hour and that it was company policy, which was 10:30 PM. Very unprofessional establishment I believe that the management is lacking the proper direction to give to his employees and is making them act out. There is a lot of talking and not a lot of working at this establishment. I do not recommend people to visit this...
