True story we were on our way to Yellow Springs. I was looking for a place to eat on Google this place came up. It sounded good so I looked up where they were that day. They were in Dayton totally not where we we going but it said they were at a Latin festival and that sounds fun. Change of plans! First place we stop was La Panpa. The Stake sandwich was amazing. We went to around eating other food we love. The best way to do any festival is go around sampling a little something from everywhere and share it with others. So when we had enough food and were ready to go we were like oh so full. Do you want another stake sandwich? Went and got another one even though we were full it was just that good. The woman taking our order was super friendly I want them to come to my town during festivals and set up shop. I think I will even suggest that to them later today. We had 3 empanadas (chicken, pork, beef) and the beef with rice. I generally don’t eat flank steak because it’s tough, but this was able to cut with a plastic knife. So flavorful. Seasoning and marinade were bomb. 10/10 … forgot to mention, all his containers and silverware are compostable. This level of eco commitment is hard to do as a small business...
