Well, this was heavily disappointing and shocked that peole thing this can pass for Chinese food.

I got a meal special, general tsos chicken for $17.00+ and it isnt cheap for the quality of the terrible product. Its like they just either premake it, already frozen, and just leftover of what they serve all day, they made it way too fast, it was like a reheat and it is.

The chicken was even fried, it was like sliced chicken breast soaked in red msg, the sauce was not sauce nor was it actually general tsos sauce, its so redish. There was no crispy taste either because it isn't fried. Just straight msg soaked chicken breast slices.

The fried rice wasn't evenly coated so there a lot of white spots. Then the taste is extremely dry, meaning that this is straight leftover. The meats were just random picking and doesnt blend well overall for fried rice.

The egg roll was fine because they dont even make it, its just prefried and all they need to do is throw it in the fryer.

After a few bites, the salt was too overwhelming and I had to stop, its garbage, I threw it out. I wasn't even being cheap, I just wanted street style Chinese food and Miami dies not deliver that at all. I feel sad that not one here will know true Chinese Strip Mall Food...

There is no service really and no smile, not like it matter when its take out only. Never try this, I cant imagine how it has 4 stars, its not even cheap, theres no prices on the menu either. Total garbage....

I love Chinese food. I have tried most of the Chinese takeout restaurants around me and this WAS my favorite one. I started ordering from here about 5 years ago. One day I saw a review and someone posted a photo of a roach in their fried rice. I stopped ordering for 3 years. Last week I took a chance and ordered food, it came quickly and was good. This week I ordered again and it came quickly and the food was just okay. Today I placed an order on GrubHub because the restaurant's website hasn't been working. l waited 30 minutes after the delivery window just to remain patient.. still my order had not arrived. I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order and spoke to a woman named Lazzara who was not helpful and didn't seem to care. She sent me a picture of the food sitting on a stranger's patio at another house and insisted that the driver left my food outside my house. There was no food outside my house and the picture she sent from the delivery driver is clearly somebody else's house. She told me she was going to call me back when she could because she had to call GrubHub. I asked her how long I should wait to cancel and get a refund, she refused to assist me in resolving their mistake and hung up on me. Terrible customer service, mediocre Chinese food, website doesn't work, delivery driver doesn't bring the food to the correct house. Do not waste your time...

This used to be my go to place for Chinese food but in the recent months they went from 5 stars to 1 in my opinion. I heard there are new owners which may be the reason. The food portions have become smaller. I also once picked up a low mein and they forgot to add sauce, it was dry. When I called to complain the employee that answered asked the manager to take the call, I could hear her bitching While I waited. I called her out on it so she then played nice and offered me a free lo-mein for next time. Well I ordered weeks later and that free lo mein was half the regular size. I swear it almost looked like it was left overs bc it barely had chicken. I would’ve rather paid for it and get a decent portion. The food quality is also not what it used to be. It’s a real shame bc this place was one of my favorite take-out spots. A woman named Margarita still works there and she is actually super nice but I don’t see her as much lately. The woman who is usually at te front desk whom I believe is the manager has a horrible attitude. She’ll stare at u waiting for u to say something instead of asking u “how can I help u”. Don’t expect a greeting or a thank u when she hands u your order. No eye contact whatsoever either, she’s that...

We have been very frequent customers for more than three years. Today, we ordered dinner only to be negatively surprised: the prices have been increased (grant it, costs have been going up) but THE PORTION was ridiculously decreased!!! They changed the serving plate from what used to be a 50/50 portion of protein and rice to this (see picture attached) Look at the pound of rice they put vs. what is is supposed to be a Shrimp Chop Suey for $15.50. Hello??? Not only that, they must have changed the cook, because it doesn't taste like it used to be anymore. We are very disappointed and definitely will not order again from the place again. Actively looking for another Chinese option in the area ASAP.

Confucius said: No food is better than bad food? 1st & last time client. The hype was good on this establishment, but really as "gourmet" Chinese food as advertised, my family was displeased. As you can see with the pork fried rice, it looks like a combination of two rice. Very dry, over cooked & no taste. The actual breaded chicken was too salty. The honey garlic sauce was good. And then only reason I gave them a two star rating was because the ribs were delicious and large. I wish this place world have lived to my expectations so I may finally find a Chinese restaurant worth eating at, but sadly it did not.
