Terrible customer service!!!! I had appointment at 12:55pm for my lash refill, got there at 12:45 and ladies made me wait until at 1:15 I got up and left! I took a peak in the back they were drinking coffee!!!! Anastasia, as someone who has a baby you should now to appreciate somebody’ time! I am a mother of two babies who I left home to come to my lashes and my time is p r e c i o u s! Anyone time is precious! I was told at 1pm that we waiting for the room to be free!!!!! The room was wide open and ready and nobody left the place to “free the room”. You lie and sit in the back and drink coffee! Unacceptable!!! Oh yes, because of this reply by the business and one more lie, let me tell you something, as your text message said they you just sent me, that the room was occupied with a lady with a big DOG… so there was another dog with a lady that was doing nails and they just start barking at each other in the middle of BEAUTY SALON - a place where ladies come to enjoy in pieceful environment, free from any animal hair and smell. On the side that non of this dogs had service animal necklace nor was on the leash. So dear owners, please work on your environment, customer service, stop lying that much that it becomes so rude! Ps. Lady with a big dog freed the room at 1:05pm, while Anastasia was in the back drinking coffee not in the room...

I came to Miami for a little get away and wanted to look my best, I from NY and I’m a frequent visitor of City Glow boutique in NYC, so I knew they have location in Florida and I decided to go check it out. I wanted to get my eyelashes done and spray tan. I was so pleasantly surprised that their eyelash extensions stylist is actually one of their’s top stylist from NY, so the results was absolutely amazing, of course! The person who did my spray tan, I didn’t meet in NY, although she was very sweet, very professional, and the results, again, amazing! So City Glow keep their standards no matter where they located! Awesome company, I wish you, guys, grow and have a location in every major city, so wherever I go, I’ll know mine “looking the best”...

Just had the most phenomenal blow dry at City Glow—seriously, my New Year’s Eve look was next-level stunning! I couldn’t take my eyes off myself in the mirror. And get this—they use Davines products, my absolute favorites. It was like a dream come true for my hair!
