I looked for a long time a salon where I could do balyage. I am a demanding and picky person when it comes to my hair because I have never been willing to mistreat it just because of the color. Looking for a good and affordable place to go on Instagram, I saw an advertisement of this place. They we’re offering a balayage promotion, so I started looking for information. I did my research, read reviews on yelp, instagram and google. Everyone said that Romina was excellent, after seeing photos of her work, I decided to give myself the opportunity to try the service. My surprise was Romina is not only a great human being, she’s also very professional. I explained her my concerns, what I wanted it and she not just o my list es every single only she accomplished each of my demands. Also, she very explained me, honestly, why my hair did not need certain treatments that I thought were the best. Do not hesitate to go with Romina, she is super nice, willing to hear and the best at what she does. As for the staff, I must say that the owner of the place is very friendly and always willing to help you. That’s why I came back for a facial. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. After 14 years of being a most loyal customer, not only by my regular attendance but for referrals of dozens; the owner Freddy, publicly bashed me & was rude, condescending, most disrespectful & brash. Seriously, a handyman should not be running what they call a spa. He’s loud, he cackles & has no sense of what customer service is. His vile sense of humor & continuous verbal mistreatment of his customers cannot be described in words. The poor women who work there are treated like they are in a Cuban sweat shop. You know something is wrong when they can’t keep any competent hairdressers employed. Truly pathetic. Disgusted beyond measure.
