My family and I were ordering Pizza from Tutto Pizza tonight at 7:30 PM, and we were expecting the pizza to arrive 8:15 PM, like we ordered it. However at 8:30 PM there was no sign of the pizza. We’ve ordered from here before and usually it arrives a little late, but not as late as tonight. We called at 8:30 to see what happened and they said it was on it’s way. Little did we know that 30 minutes later at around 9 PM the pizza still hadn't arrived. Now we we’re frustrated, we’ve been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes, but the worse is yet to come. We called again, and at first they wouldn’t answer. When they finally answered we we’re put on hold before a lady picked up. The lady told us that we had put “pick up” instead of delivery. We were pretty sure that we hadn’t, but then we realized, how could’ve the Pizza’s be “on it’s way” if it was supposedly ordered on “pick up?” Basically they lied to us about it. We we’re pretty sure we put “delivery” but let’s say we didn’t, they still lied. Not only this, but the lady proceeded to get aggressive with us, and started bickering at my father, before hanging up mid way, while my father was speaking.
In conclusion The pizza was almost an HOUR LATEA The service has been consistently SLOW Deliveries have been LATE most of the times I didn’t mention it, but from the pizza’s we’ve eaten, they’ve been BADLY CUT The service LIED to us The service was VERY RUDE to us, and HUNG UP before we could speak

Ordered takeout from Tutto Pizza, the delivery person according to the online information is an employee of this business. They left my food in the lobby of the hotel and never contacted me (it was supposed to be delivered to my room). I received a notification that it was delivered, looked outside my door and nothing is there. I sent the delivery person a message and no reply. I resent the message to escalate it and was directed by the associate of Relay that I would have to contact 2 additional businesses, Uber Eats & Tutto Pizza to get the delivery fee of $3.99 and my tip of $9.10 refunded. In my world if you don't do the job, you don't get paid. I called the restaurant and the man I spoke with said that he would credit me $14, ninety cent more than I thought was fair. Great! .... Except when I received my updated receipt the "marketplace facilitator tax" has doubled from $3.21 to $6.42. Y'all I've already wasted more than $70 worth of my time on these shady untrustworthy businesses. I'm trying to help you save your time and money. Read moreWe arrived at the restaurant and noticed there was only one other table occupied. After being seated, we placed our order right away. A few minutes later, a large party came in, and we even agreed to move to a different table so they could all sit together—something we did out of courtesy.
Unfortunately, that was the last good part of the experience. We waited for over an hour without receiving our food. To our surprise, the large party that had arrived about 10 minutes after us started getting their dishes before we did. When we asked the waiter about it, he claimed they had ordered online—a statement that made no sense, since clearly they were dining in like us.
When our food finally arrived, our frustration only grew. Another table that had been seated nearly an hour after us received their food at the exact same time we did. We brought this up to the waiter, but he had no explanation and simply offered to discount the service.
Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Long waits, disorganization, and poor communication completely...
