I came here last night on a little bar/lounge tour. I am not going to lie I felt that this place was more of my speed so I had high hopes. At first it was cool, service was slow but I get it .. no worries. However when asked could I sit in a table outside the girl told me the cabana tables were for people buying a bottle… however no one at those tables had a bottle. However I probably would have bought a bottle had she not of lied because u would’ve comfortable and might have stayed longer. They had a drink special.. $3 margs which were not great so I requested and old fashion with makers mark. It took me about 45 minutes to get the drink, which was a $3 margarita with makers mark in it. The server tried to swear me up and down it was an old fashion but it was not . $15 for makers and then 8 for the drink itself is crazy. I did confront her and she swore this was an old fashion. I didn’t want to argue because it’s never about the money, it’s the laziness and inconsideration. Not going lie, I went to Victory the night before and had waayyyyy better time and my servers and even bust boys were cool as shit. Not sure if I’d come back here.

I came one day on a Saturday because I really wanted to try their lamp chops but my bartender informed me that they were currently doing brunch so only the brunch menu was available so even though I was already kind of disappointed I just ordered based on the menu that was available. I ended up ordering a breakfast burger with fried egg and when they finally brought it out (after 40 mins) there was scrambled eggs on a very well done burger and they didn’t add bacon. I brought this to my bartenders attention to which she replied “we don’t have fried eggs” which didn’t make sense to me. Granted she did give me a complimentary shot to make up for this but it was still a disappointing experience.

Came to Miami for a short bday trip and decided to try out Cru. No cover charge to get in was a plus. Parking was eh. The DJ sucked. He was inside, but I think he needed to be outside where the majority of the people were to read the crowd. For a Saturday night, he was NOT it! The drinks were decent. The food was SALTY. The cook is def heavy handed with the seasoning. The hot wings were salty vs hot. Someone in my party ordered a hookah, and it took a minute due to them selling out. Paula was nice and attentive given the circumstances. I loved the camera lady who was taking pics! Overall, I was a little disappointed and wouldn't rush back, unfortunately.

I came to this restaurant with a group of three, excited for a nice dinner. When we first arrived, we were promptly seated—but at a dirty table. To their credit, it was cleaned right away, and we sat down. However, about 10 minutes later, another host arrived with a different group and insisted that we stand up so that the other party could be seated at our table.

I politely asked them to either clean the adjacent dirty table for the new group or at least check with the original host who had seated us first. Instead, we were forced to move and wait an additional 5–8 minutes for the next table to be cleaned.

That alone was frustrating—but what happened next was worse. Once we were finally reseated, we waited 20 full minutes and were completely ignored. No server ever came to our table, even as new tables around us were seated and served promptly.

We were hungry, patient, and had been looking forward to this meal all day, but this experience was beyond disappointing. We left feeling ignored and disrespected. We won’t be...

Here’s a polished and upbeat review you can use for CRU Wynwood—feel free to tweak it to match your personal tone:

⸻

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CRU Wynwood Review

Had a great time at CRU Wynwood! The service was on point—friendly, fast, and super attentive. The vibe was definitely giving Miami—music was lit all night, setting the perfect mood for a lounge experience.

Drinks were decent, especially considering it’s more of a lounge than a cocktail bar. The real winner, though, was the food. Everything we ordered hit the spot, and I’ve got to shout out their $1 wings on Wednesdays—seriously can’t beat that deal.

Whether you’re looking to pregame, chill with friends, or just vibe out with good music and eats, CRU Wynwood is worth checking out.

Let me know if you want to make it more casual,...
