’ve been attending Cristian workout sessions for a while, and while the workouts themselves are solid and well-structured, I’ve found the instruction style to be a bit condescending at times. In a large group setting, it’s understandable that there’s limited time for individual explanations, but when I (or others) ask for clarification, the responses often feel dismissive rather than helpful.

I appreciate tough coaching, but there’s a difference between being firm and making people feel like they’re being talked down to—especially when they’re genuinely trying to learn the exercises properly to avoid injury. Fitness should be about growth and encouragement, and a little more patience and constructive feedback would go a long way.
