🌴🍽️ Flannigan's Coconut Grove Review: A Culinary Adventure Awaits! 🍽️🌴 So I recently ventured into Flannigan's Coconut Grove, and let me tell you, it was like stepping into a tropical paradise where the only thing missing was a parrot on my shoulder and a drink in hand (the drink came soon enough, don’t worry). First off, the atmosphere is so laid-back that if you sat down for brunch, you might accidentally wake up just in time for dinner. Seriously, it’s a place where time pauses; I half-expected a sloth to serve me my drink! Now let’s talk about the menu. Flannigan's has so many delicious options that it felt like I was swiping right on a dating app—each dish tempting me until I finally settled on the Ribs. Yes, please! Swipe right on those BBQ delights! The flavor explosion was so intense I half-expected fireworks; my taste buds were definitely on a holiday. And the service? Superb! It felt like I was being waited on by my best friends—if my best friends were super attentive and skilled at balancing trays. They checked in at just the right moments, not like that one friend who texts you in the middle of a meeting asking about dinner plans. Sidetrack, Craig—this one’s for you. Now, if you’re looking for Instagram-worthy moments, Flannigan's has got you covered. Between the vibrant decor and the colorful cocktails, my phone's memory was filled with snapshots of foods and drinks that looked so good, they'd make even Gordon Ramsay crack a smile (and possibly praise the chef!). In conclusion, if you're in Coconut Grove and are looking for a place that serves delicious food while making you feel like you're on a permanent holiday, Flannigan's is calling your name. Just watch out for the nachos—they're so good you might end up having nacho nightmares (because you'll dream about them for days!). So grab your crew, dive into some ribs , and let Flannigan’s whisk you away on a flavor-filled journey. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you! 🍻✨

Public beware, especially if you are Jewish! Amanda, the bartender apparently can’t keep her personal feelings out of the business world. It saddens me to give this review because I have been a 30 year veteran of Flannigans and we live just a few blocks away and have spent much time and money in this establishment with my five children. my mother, my friends and neighbors in Coconut Grove I understand losing me as a customer will not hurt them in anyway they have a tremendous business and are building out additional space to keep growing. this is about one individual. It all Started two or three weeks ago when I walked in said hello to Amanda and was totally ignored and she walked away. The other bartender had to come serve me. Her name was Terry. At this point I asked Amanda if I did something to upset her and she said no, she was just busy. (Didn’t seem to be busy). Fast forward to yesterday evening and a return to the bar and I was served by Carlos. All was good until shift change. I closed out his $19 bill and gave him a tip and thanked him and told him to enjoy the rest of his evening . Amanda takes over for her shift and decides to single me out in my group and say you are cut off. My response was I’ve had two drinks. Can you explain what’s going on and again she walked away. At this point, I handed her cash and asked for exact change and said you will not be receiving any tip from me. She walks to the back and all of a sudden two big men come out and tell me I called her a profanity. I said this is not true. Can we discuss for a moment at that point they engaged, using profanity and threatening to get physical and would not to talk. Three security guards for someone that supposedly used a bad word seems overkill to me. I left immediately. Funny, I was sitting at the bar fine until I left no tip! I didn’t know Tips were mandatory even for people that are treating you poorly. My group and I really were baffled. The only conclusion they could come up with was the star of David that is hanging from my neck. Can we truly be in the world where hatred is so strong you cannot even go into a bar and let people know what faith you practice, without the fear of them manipulating the situation out of hate. Maybe I need to tuck it in? As much as anybody wants to try to twist the story, it is 100% accurate and I tried to talk to Flannigans and returned today to speak to a manager to be told. No one told me of any incidents last night and I’ve never really seen you here. I’ll give you some free drink tokens. No thank you Flannigans!

Nice place to be. Free parking available inside the premises but there are limited spaces. I believe there is a parking at rear where the liquor store is but I'm not quite sure because I found parking at the bar. Very safe surroundings. They had full house by the time we arrived and I understand it is like that almost all the time. We had to put down our names on the waiting list and it took like half an hour to be seated. It is said it is recommended to book ahead of arrival so once the customer gets there there is no much of a waiting. I would say the waiting is worthy. They had music playing at a nice volume, you were able to speak with your companions. The facility is quite clean, great distribution of space. The only thing was that restrooms for men were out of service so they had these portable potties outside the premises. Service was great. The waitress was very kind. She asked constantly if everything was ok, if we needed something else. The food was amazing. We ordered full rack of baby back ribs and fries and it was flavorful. This dish can be shared with another person. Of course there are some more dishes but they are quite famous because of the ribs, so we did not have the chance to order any other thing from the menu to try. Prices are affordable. You can either pay cash or card. You can come here with friends, coworkers and/or family. You may wonder, would I recommend it to the point I'll come back? Of course.

All The Food Was Good. Stopped in for dinner on the way to the Hotel Arya. Ordered the Tumbleweed Onions for an appetizer, a Flanitini for a drink, and the ribeye as an entree. The onions were thin and crispy, and golden fried. These were served with a honey mustard sauce. I found the sauce to be a tad bit sweet, but the thin and light crispy onions complemented them well. This is on me for not reading the description well enough beforehand, but the Flanitini continued the sweet theme from the app before. It was almost a bit like drinking a milk shake laced with vodka. Good if you keep an open mind, but a bit sweet for me. I ordered the ribeye with black beans and rice. The rice and beans were spot on. I only added a touch of salt to taste. The Ribeye was also spot on, no additions needed, and was cooked to medium temp as ordered. I have two general complaints, the first was that everything seemed to be a little bit shy of hot (but not quite lukewarm) and my table had some stuck on food that I had to scrape off with a napkin. I won't go crazy about the decor as pretty much all restaurants are themed and you'll either like the theme or not. In this case, this was an Irish theme (as the name would suggest) so lots of shamrocks, green, and leprechauns. Ok, but not particularly my style. Service was timely, friendly, and accurate. No complaints on this end. Overall, it was a good experience and I would eat there again.

An Ode to the Ribeth Roll For whenst did thou cometh into the presence of thy world? Oh Harketh! How many a year did we toil & suffer before thy inception? Nevertheless, we must give thanks & praise to the creator & creation of thy goodness! Whom do we have to thank for this lovely delicacy graced upon us? Why Flanigan, the large & burly. A beast of a man, Great Flanigan gives hope to us, thy forsaken people of Miami. We cry out for him & to him – Dear Flanigan are youst a God King? How does oneth maketh a creation so divine?! What did we do to deserveth such grace? Flanigan, an Honourable man, we have you & your noble family to thank. For youst have created a food fit for the Gods and then giveth it to the people. Hercules is said to have crunched on a Ribeth Roll before slaying the horrible Hydra. Achilles is said to have goopeth a slab of thy white cream dip onto the Ribeth Roll before the defeatingeth the treacherous Trojans. The Ribeth Roll, food for the Gods, bestowed upon us, the people, by Flanigan The Great. An Ode to Life itself. We, the people, spread cheers and thanks for the creator & creation of the Ribeth Roll. Thank thee for happiness, crunch, cheer, goop, and glory. You maketh us, the people, weepeth with joy. Tears of Ribeth Roll streameth down our faces. To you, to you, oh great & honorable Flanigan the Large, thank you we say to you, for the creation of the Ribeth Roll.

During our Batchelor party, we decided to stop here for a late night dinner which ended up being a terrific decision. We enjoyed a large platter of Loaded Nachos and a pitcher of Iced Tea. The nachos had a healthy amount of toppings on them that didn't make the bottom of the bowl a greasy mess and the chips were hot and fresh. We followed this by all ordering from the "Joe's meal deals" which 2 of us ordered the Shrimp deal and the other two had the Full rack ribs deal. The amount of food you receive for the price made it truly feel like a deal with the delectable Garlic Rolls and fresh Ceaser salad and your entrée of choice. The Shrimp was piping hot with a perfectly crisp batter that was served alongside a massive helping of fries. The two that had ribs were both happy with their orders as the bones in their ribs effortlessly slid out of the tender meat that surrounded it. Everyone was thoroughly pleased with their meals, and they even had leftovers that they took home and ate the following morning cold due to just how good they were. A filling and relatively inexpensive meal was well received by everyone, so it pleases me to say that we can recommend this establishment to others looking for a late night bite and otherwise.
