Honestly I love Joe's but this has to be the worst location EVER!! The staff are beyond rude and need to take a class guest services/ hospitality. I did not feel welcomed at ALL. I stood in line while they were passing out orders. Not one time anyone took a moment or anything to say ," Hi how can I help you? Or give some type of directions. They honestly look like they can't work under pressure while still giving great customer service. Both of the girls in the take out window saw me standing there and until I said, " I'm trying to place an order" than they told me to go to the next register. The whole time I'm holding a $20 in my hand (visibly) while im looking at the menu to order something. Even the guy taking my order was being rude too. You can't ask someone if they want something that's an additional charge without telling them. He asked if I wanted cheese on the Joe's Club like if it was already an option to add or remove. It's until I asked ,"Is the cheese an extra charge?" He said yes. Be transparent with your sales. You must tell your guest clearly about up charges. Just don't say "would you like cheese?" keeping it short and when I look at my receipt it extra charges. Don't take advantage of hungry people. From the wait, lack of friendly service, and information I already wanted to get my food and go. When I reach out to give him the $20 he said they don't take cash. So the whole time your front line staff sees me, sees the $20 and don't say anything about cashless payments. Please put up a bigger sign that states that. I had money on my apple pay but after dealing with that staff I didn't want anything at all. It's sad to say I went down to Chick-fil-A (which was way more packed) but still got friendly service. Ive gone to the Aventura location,Sunny Isles and Miami Beach, and Downtown location needs to do better over all. Your treating guest rudely when you should be nice and helpful all around. I've been in this industry for 15 years and customer service is key for a business. They aren't representing friendly or nice services. For the staff from 10/24 12-2pm. Not the sandwich guy with the twist in his hair cause he was the only one making sandwiches while everyone was...

JOE & THE JUICE has landed in the heart of Miami's bustling new Brightline train station, bringing a burst of energy and much-needed refreshment to the travel experience. It's the perfect spot to fuel up before a quick commute or to unwind with a fresh juice after arriving in the city.

Their signature style is immediately evident – bright colors, upbeat music, and a youthful staff that adds to the lively atmosphere. While the space might be smaller than a standalone location, it packs the same visual punch and sense of trendy vitality.

The menu offers all their classic juices, smoothies, and coffee options. Of course, the vibrant names are as much a part of the experience as the drinks themselves. I went for the "Energizer" – a delicious, gingery concoction that definitely delivered on its name. While their prices are on the higher side, the quality of the ingredients and the generous portions make it feel worth the splurge.

The real reason this JOE & THE JUICE excels is its convenience. Nestled within the train station, it's perfectly positioned for busy travelers or locals catching a ride. No need to venture far for a tasty pick-me-up.

If you're looking for a stylish, refreshing break amidst the bustle of Miami's train station, JOE & THE JUICE is an oasis worth seeking out. Their juices and coffee will revitalize you, and the upbeat atmosphere might even make the prospect of commuting just a bit...

I’m going to start by saying that I love Jo & The Juice, especially the concept and the sandwiches, but today we had such a miserable experience. By the time I walked in and trying to order, the guy working at that time wouldn’t even look at me in the eyes, and continued to talk with several people at once. He was all over the place and seemed not happy to be there. When I received the food the cute pink box was all leaking with liquid, and the coffee was bad, I ended up not drinking it. I didn’t enjoy the sandwich as well, but I guess the reason behind it was the overall situation. I didn’t complain, I just started working on my laptop with my friend and when he walks up to go to the restroom, we hear someone yelling. It was the same guy who took my order, sitting on one of the tables along with other employees and he says “excuse me!!!! You can’t leave your trash behind!!!” I was speechless, and so my friend, which replied by saying that he was going to come back, but took his stuff and disposed it. Right after that we left and headed to Starbucks to continue working. We would have had lunch there, but I don’t think that Jo & The Juice stands for this type of environment. It was very disappointing and I won’t return to this location. I wish I took...

Food looks good. Wanted to order. Stood in line 10 minutes, but was told that there would be a 10 minute wait to for any food to come out, after ordering. Fair enough. I appreciated the heads up. A family of 4 was ordering, and a lady in front of me stood patiently, so I decided to wait as well. Then, 5 minutes later, another announcement came, that there was now a 20 minute wait. OK, I had time to spare so I committed to the additional 20 minute wait. Another 2 minutes later, and yet another announcement: “Sorry, we can’t take anymore orders, we are short staffed and we have too many to-go orders to fill.” So, somewhat surprising by this latest development, off we went, without even placing an order. But maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t eat here, as I watched the girl at the register, wearing the proper hygienic black gloves of a food handler, typing orders into the POS, touching the credit card machine, and then putting bread into the toaster machine all in one sweep. Can you say “cross contamination”? Update: It’s been 7 minutes since we were turned away, and there’s a line of customers, ordering and getting their food. Maybe tge issue was with me. (See pic)

⭐⭐⭐1/2 stars. Joe & the Juice Brightline Miami: Decent but Pricey Pit Stop A convenient healthy option when you're waiting for your train at the Miami Brightline station, but don't expect to be blown away. I've sampled several of their offerings during my train waits. Their smoothies are generally solid - the Almond Butter smoothie has a nice rich flavor, and the Unicorn Tears smoothie offers a refreshing fruity blend. The Defense juice delivers on its promise with a vibrant, immunity-boosting taste. The Matcha smoothie was less impressive - a bit flat compared to the others. While the quality is decent, the prices are definitely on the steep side for what you get. The service experience can be hit or miss - sometimes friendly, other times inattentive or rushed. If you need a nutritious option while waiting for your train and don't mind paying a premium, Joe & the Juice will do the job. Just keep your expectations in check.
