I came to this store to purchase a specific wallet that matches a belt I have. When I Spoke with a sales person I was informed that there where only 3 left in stock but at different locations. There was one available relatively close so I was told if I paid for it a was informed that it would be shipped to my home quickly. Over the course of the next week or so I could not get ahold of anyone at the store and customer service kept promising on three separate occasions that someone would return my call asap but that did not happen either. Finally, the manager from this location called me and informed me that the wallet was unavailable! He explained that “in stock” by their definition means that this is not “live stock” and it is not updated to reflect actual stock. If that is true, which it most obviously is not, then this store takes money and makes sales based on deceit and misinformation in the most unethical way. If it’s a lie, that means someone at the store made a mistake and did not own up to it. To remedy the mistake and the fact that I had $400 dollars tied up for weeks, since I make a lot of purchases with Gucci the manager offered me a bottle of cologne and sent me a picture of three to choose from. Two where men’s colognes and strangely one was a women’s perfume. I told him I would accept a bottle of MENS Gucci Guilty. Someone drove to my house and handed me a bag the next day. I open the bag and to my surprise there was a repackaged box of used women’s perfume that even had the plastic on it but was ripped at the bottom! Read morei was there with my family on 1/26/22. we got salesperson Lucia #96096314. she is really needs retraining about all of her job. my aunt was buying a sneaker and lucia was helping her. my aunt really like it after trying it and we are buying it. she was telling us it is $909.50 and i was handling her $920 cash and i said there is $920. she was freezed and look at me and repeating $909.50. i said yes there is $920. she is still standing there and repeat it again with a little attidue. i said yes $920 what was wrong. and then she says ok and turn around to cashier. a couple mins after she is coming to me and says there is $900 only not $920 and put the money on my hand. i was a little shaked what is wrong with you? i am accounting it again and it was right. i walk to her and said there is $920 i told you. she said ok and back to cashier again. another couple mins after she is back with receipt and change. put them to my hands and turn around to somewhere. what kind your service!!!! is this GUCCI? i am not first time cumtomer i am not new. i have been new york locations with no problem. what is she doing?? repeating price couple times to us front of all of the other customers. it was really embarrassed. let all of other people thinking like we can not afford it!! she might not misunderstanding what is number but we are doing the service job too. we know how to deal with it if there is a unright money. not like that!! attitude not acceptable service not acceptable. i have left a review at there website and no one say...
Read moreI have been a Gucci client for over a decade and have shopped at over ten shops nation wide and have never had such a horrible experience as I have with this store. To start, their sales person, Enrique was very pushy with us making our sale. He was already bringing over the payment machine and wrapping the bag before we decided. We shared we did not have space in our luggage for it and he ensured we could do next day shipping and it would arrive to our house the next day. We shared our concerns that it would not and he guaranteed with insurance it would A week later, with no response from the store, the bag did not come. We finally got Enrique on the phone and he shared he shipped the bag to a completely Different address on Massachusetts and not California where I live. We were irate and then asked to speak To a manager so we could get this item returned back to the shop and refunded . He took over a day of horrible communication to finally get me a “pre paid shipping label” and scheduled a time with fed ex to pick up the package. No one came the entire day. I then spent the whole next day calling him and he then ensured he promised this time someone would come, and no one came. I ended up asking a family member to drop the bag off and we found out the label was not prepaid and we had to pay $32 for shipping. No one has returned a message, no one has taken responsibility.
