I visited the Brickell Centre location for first time, is beatiful but the lack of service and effectiveness and care if their complete staff is just a shame. I was i line and in front of me was a big group ready to order on my left 2 employee chating, only ine at register and no ine as a barista. Afer a while the chating employee greet me and say can i get anything for you? I said can you take my order and she said no I can’t but i can get you started, so i trust her with my choice of beverage, then it was my turn at register and i mention to the guy that i order my beverage with her, they exchange some words ahe mentin she didn’t remember, so i porceed to order, go to the side and wait for my order, i ask the girl if she can pls put almond milk and Ask her if my beverage ia sweatend she responds no I don’t think so, at this point she seems a litte overwerwelmd and just keepa producing other beverages for custimer after me, she just simply ommits my order, so after a while another girl approach me and proceed to ask the cashier about my order, is a total confusion and i start getting irritaded, she proceeds with my order, at the end i got my vanilla chai latte, super sweet and with coconut milk. ?????? As noted by some of the other reviewers, you'll not find pour over coffee, a variety of matcha drinks or in house roasted beans but what will find is a good Cup of Joe to awaken you, sustain you or simply provide a good reason to go out and socialize. Along with that and quite possibly the standout of this location is the personalized way in which they honor your visit. Like the coffee version of Cheers, repeat visits are made welcoming and customized as most of staff goes to great lengths to remember your regular order. The manager Claudia is an insane, lazy, harsh individual lacking in customer service skills as well as basic human compassion and understanding.

She was unnecessarily rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. I am always polite and civil to everyone. She is a poor representation of the Pasion del Cielo brand. I would recommend finding a more amicable and polite manager to run this marvelous cafe.
