Very extremely rude owner. Very disrespectful. trash man. Unbelievable how a man can disrespect a woman. All i did was called to get a lab work. pt came to our since we are his primary care and asked if we received his blood results in which this crappie office did not send has we are the ordering physician. he treated me very rude and hang up on me not knowing that i had the patient right next to me hearing everything. Then he stated that i have been rude when i left two messages very professional and respectful. by HIPPA law if we are the ordering physician office and his primary care we are entitled to request medical records. how can he be an owner and does not know his law. very sad to see this. I will let my patients know so they wont continue to go this office
