305 Sports Bar — Restaurant in Miami

2 stars at a minimum because i liked the food BUT careful with the servers. They will try to scam you and will add more tip on top of the 18% that is already included without showing you the itemized bill. When you get there they ask to hold your card, mind you we are not even sitting at the bar (that is where they get you). Our server came with the machine to pay without showing us the bill first which we had already asked her to show us prior to bringing the machine to pay. She just verbally confirmed what we ordered without even letting us see how much each item was and then she skipped to the final screen where she showed us the final amount which seemed pretty high for what we ordered. I told her we want to see the bill first and she said it was “too late and already charged the card”. I told her to show us the bill again and she walked away upset. She then came with the bill and I noticed right away that on top of the 18% tip that was included she tipped herself an extra 20% tip..! No wonder she was hesitant about showing us the bill... When I noticed this I pointed it out to her and told her that she added an additional tip on top of the 18% that was already included. She had no other choice at this point but to ask me if I wanted a refund for the extra tip. Coming from someone who has experience in the restaurant industry this is so unprofessional. I am not the only person leaving a review regarding this issue so maybe stay away...

Edit in response to business: I came here earlier today excited to try a new sports bar and left extremely disappointed. There was one employee on who hardly knew English (not a problem personally because my boyfriend speaks Spanish, but it was a problem today nonetheless).. I ordered a drink from your menu, she came back and said she didn’t know how to make it. No problem, my boyfriend told her how to make it. The drink was still wrong but I let it go. I then ordered twelve TRADITIONAL Garlic Parmesan wings. She asked “boneless?” I said no, bone-in. WITH bone please. Traditional.” Then she said ok 10 wings I said I thought it said 12? She said no, 10. I said ok. My boyfriend ordered twelve traditional Buffalo I believe it was. Wings come out mine are boneless, his are traditional.. I called her over politely and let her know I asked for twelve traditional bone-in wings, and instead of offering to put in a new order of the correct wings, she proceeded to argue with my boyfriend in Spanish about how I ordered 10 boneless.. when I absolutely didn’t. I don’t eat boneless wings.. I didn’t eat any or take a single bite of the wings and we were still charged for wings that were put in wrong on your employees part. That’s...

"I recently visited and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The drinks were weak and overpriced, and the atmosphere was lackluster. However, what really stood out was the poor management.

When we arrived, we noticed that the bar was understaffed. We waited for almost 20 minutes to be served, even though there were only a handful of people in the bar. Once we finally got our drinks, we were disappointed to find that they were weak and watered down.

To make matters worse, when we brought this to the attention of the bartender, they were unapologetic and dismissive. They insisted that the drinks were made correctly and implied that we were being difficult. When we asked to speak to the manager, they were nowhere to be found.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at . The weak drinks and poor service would have been bad enough, but the dismissive and unresponsive management made the experience truly unpleasant. I would not recommend this bar and will not...
