Rosetta Bakery Brickell On may 8th, my friend I visited Rosetta lovers, and we had a horrible experience. While we were in line talking a male member of the kitchen staff rudely commanded her to put on her mask. She duly complied and we proceed to order. While waiting for our order my friend briefly took her mask of, and the male member of the kitchen staff then proceed to yell at her in front of everybody, from the kitchen, to put on her mask. This is no way to treat customers. There was a bit of a wait for our order, so I asked for the attention of this person, and communicated to him the situation about order, and also to let him know that his behavior was unacceptable. He proceed to yell at me, and would not acknowledge his rude behavior. We are daily customers of this bakery, and this is not how you treat any human being. This is unacceptable! I agree that masks need to be worn, but there are decent ways to communicate that. I have been a customer of this great bakery for over 1 year, and never in my life has someone treated me or a friend like this. And now to yell to a young woman in front of everyone is humiliating. We and all customers deserve a basic level of human respect. I for one, will not be coming back to this otherwise fantastic bakery.
