By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Tacobell location. To start off I had a my family with me (5 including myself) so it was a big order. Right when we walked in there was trash all over the floor, leftover food was not picked up, and the staff was not very attentive. To make a long story short I had ordered a total of 5 burritos, when the order was ready ( we dined in) all burritos were in the same wrapper so I called over the cashier and she had no clue which is fine she taking orders. She called over one of the kitchen chefs ( Isabella) and we explained that we could not tell which was which, one of the burritos had bacon and a family member of mine is allergic so if by chance she got the wrong one we'd be in trouble, Isabella tried to explain which one was which by pointing to each burrito and telling us which one was which, which made no sense because there's so many they all have the same wrapper so how could she tell? I kindly asked her to re-do the order and please write with a pen to mark them individually, apparently that was hard and her co-worker mariena or marilena ( don't know how to spell her name) had an attitude and did not want to re-do the order. I then asked for a supervisor his name is either cor or Corey he was of absolute no help and said we only have those wrappers, Okay I understood that but there was no, " my apologies ma'am I'll tell my cooks to re make your order" he simply walked away and never came back which I thought was rude. SO what ended il happening is the second cook re did my order and wrote on each one to let us know, she had an attitude the whole time and I didn't appreciate that at all. Also when I went to the stand where there is utensils and sauces everything was empty so I kindly asked the cook for some sauce and she said with a slick mouth, " you're smarter than that don't ask me for sauce ask the cashier when she gets back" I don't know if the staff was having a bad night or if it was because it was late at night but regardless you should always be attentive to your customers, I've worked in fast food so I know when you're tired and you want to go home the night can get rough but it is not the customers fault. I go to this establishment every other weekend when I'm in Miami and I will NOT continue to go there the service was horrible and to be honest they need new staff or re training on now to handle customer issues. Very displeased with my service this evening I hope they can clean...
Read moreSo me and my friends met up to grab some food and go home in Fort Lauderdale. We went to this Taco Bell nearby, should've had SUPER low expectations but I digress. We ordered our things, my friend wanted something healthier/protein-y so he got a power bowl with chicken. All's good, we get our food, then we realize they didn't give him utensils. I go to the cashier and I ask him for a fork for the bowl. He then tells me "we're all out", to which I replied "so how could you not tell us this before we ordered"; he then proceeded to look me dead in the face, as if I am completely moronic, and say "we ran out, we don't have any more", to which I replied "I understand this, BUT, if you knew this BEFOREHAND, why didn't you tell us when we put the order in?" He looks at me, then the people ordering next to me ask me, loudly, in front of everyone "MAN THEY AIN'T GIVE YOU FORKS?" to which I replied "they told me they're all out, AFTER THEY MADE THE FOOD." The people start laughing and then reply "these restaurants on this street are straight up idiotic, I can't believe they did this", then an older lady who ordered for to-go looked at me and she's like "this place is going down the drain, they have been failing so hard recently, talk to a manager". So, I ask for the manager, and while I am telling her this story, she looks at me and is breathing through her mouth. A.K.A she doesn't care. So, cashier is too stupid to know what's going on (people after me ordered something that was $10.57 and they gave him $21 so they can get a $10 bill in change and the cashier didn't understand what was going on before his eyes). So, I ran to McDonalds next door to get some utensils.
We ate, tried all of the sodas then we hit the road. Terrible experience that would not have happened at my...
Read moreThis is usually my favorite Taco Bell, based on service and consistently, but I am very frustrated with my last experience. I ordered a meal at the Drive thru, over $13.00 worth of various items, I requested lots of Hot and fire sauces and proceeded to the pick up window, I received my order very quickly and was on my way back home. Upon arriving home, I opened the bag and noted there was no sauces. The sauce is my favorite part of the food, no sauce just doesn't work for me, so I called the store and the manager was very polite and basically told me the only thing he could do is give me sauce if I returned to the store. So my option was a 35 minute round trip to get sauce to return home to cold food or just deal with it and eat the food without the sauces, which I did. The more I thought about the more upset I became, I paid my hard earned money only to have the store mess my order up and leave me very unsatisfied. I used their web site and provided feedback to my experience and the site said that they would contact me........3 days went by no contact, so I contacted them again explaining that it is unacceptable to not follow up with my complaint......Nothing no e-mail no call so I contacted them again leaving all the information again, 5 days go by and still no contact.
I am more aggravated with their lack of costumer service, their lack of follow up and not caring about their customers, which is acceptable. In todays competitive markets companies need to resolve issues that occur, A simple I'm sorry would...
