Taco Bell — Restaurant in Miami

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell but they’ve really disappointed me lately. I’ve had 2 bad experiences here and have had to even call corporate. It’s sad because honestly their burritos are the best. They’re always served warm and fresh. Also I order the Diet Pepsi and it tastes really good in comparison to the other fast food places’ sodas. There was an issue on my last 2 visits. One, they decided to stop taking drive thru orders right when it was my turn. The lady simply said, “You gotta come inside, no personnel”. Well, I couldn’t even find parking! And I have a small foot fracture so was not about to park on street and walk. Then I came 2 days later and at the drive through I was not even greeted but yelled, CASH ONLY, I said fine. I ordered and went to the window to pay with all I had, a $50. And of course she rejected it saying “NO $50, no $100. To which I replied, well, you aren’t taking cards so I’d assume you’d make an exception. She said no, we don’t take anything over $20. Again I said, “but you aren’t accepting cards so why can’t you be flexible”. She didn’t care what I said. So of course I had to leave. I went to redeem 2 "free taco" vouchers and it took 45 minutes to get them.

First, a male employee asked me what I wanted. I explained that I was there to redeem the vouchers. He went to the back and never came back, returned later laughing with another woman who was also in the back. Never bothered to follow up with me.

Next, the woman helping the drive-thru asked me what I wanted. I told her the other employee had left and that I just wanted to redeem my voucher. She supposedly helped me but after waiting 30 mins… she asked the person making the tacos about my order. The taco lady make said, "oh yeah, the ones you asked me to throw away?" !?. Then she just said, "Hey sir, here's your order."

So let me get this straight, Taco Bell. It took 30 minutes to get a free taco voucher redeemed. I also waited for a separate order I placed to go with the free tacos and I had to ask for my soda 3 times. I finally got it after 45 minutes. Plus this voucher was for a mobile order I placed on August 16, 2025 which I came to redeem because you guys never fulfilled it, saying, "Oh, we don't have steak." So instead, you gave me a voucher for a seasoned beef taco. Fast...

These employees are extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate! After waiting in the drive thru for the longest time I finally make it to the speaker to place my order. I keep saying hello hello hello and nobody answers so I figure, “oh the speaker must be broken”(hence the long wait in line). I pull up to the window and sit there for another long while and nobody comes to the window. I get out of my car, knock on the window when I see an employee inside and he never even acknowledged my presence. I kept knocking but to no avail. I know he heard me because he was not even 10 feet away. I ended up having to leave. Spent 45 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break waiting in line for nothing. The least one of the employees could’ve done was let the people in the drive thru line know that orders aren’t being take.
