I was on lunch break and decided to stop and get a small drink. Went in and there were no customers inside. Therefore I was the only customer inside along with two workers. One of the workers were young and the other was older. I saw that they had new cups so I decided since no other customers were inside I could browse through them. After doing so I decided to look at some of the sandwiches while the two workers talked. I noticed while I was looking at the sandwiches the workers got silent for a second. The silence definitely felt as if they were silently making fun of me but I was not 100% sure. A couple of seconds later the younger worker began to rush me in a passive aggressive tone. I became uncomfortable and decided to hurry up and just buy my drink. After I purchased my drink I waited for it and the older lady aggressively slid my cup to me without saying anything. I definitely felt insulted and wonder if maybe it may of been unintentionally done. MIND YOU no other customer was inside. Before I left I saw that it was a sip lid and did not want to drink out of something that a random person put their bare hands on.......so I asked for a straw. When I asked I had to yell across the room because after she slid the drink to me she rushed away from me just to talk to the other worker. After I asked she looked at me in DISGUST and literally went to the OTHER side of the counter away from me and THREW my straw. After that action I walked out and felt so close to TEARS. I do not know why I was treated like that but I know for a FACT Starbucks does not represent her actions. After this incident I went back to work and found out that she was a MANAGER! Not only did she treat me this way but has definitely treated others in similar rude manners. I wouldn’t even call this incident rude. In fact I would say this was a case of pure disrespect, and prejudice. I never felt like this before and don’t want anyone to experience this or this woman’s service. If anyone ever sees this older lady with blonde hair PLEASE request another worker because I promise it would be the worst Starbucks...
Read moreThis is the best service I have ever experienced. All of the baristas are kind, empathetic, hard working and do their jobs so well! Honestly, every one of the employees at this location are so full of personality! I've become a regular here, and though I do not know their names by heart, they know mine and they never fail to wow me! Each and every one of them has given smiles, enthusiastic hellos and goodbyes. They always offer great drinks and ideas. The place is always clean. It's so easy to talk with them, they are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. My drink is amazing every time! Matcha frappuccino and chai are always so good. The conversation is great. Hands down, the best service ever. Even when they are slammed with a rush and customers are being mean and impatient, they do an incredible job! These people deserve all the tips and I hope they get recognition for how awesome...
Read moreThe worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I order a grande iced caramel macchiato, like I always do. They call me up and I kid you not hand me a cup of 99% cream 1% coffee. So I go up have the nice girl add an other shot of coffee to it to make it right even offer to pay for the extra shot. I just wanted my coffee right. Then this older white lady with blonde hair comes up and tells me I'm wrong she made it perfect. Now I get this drink at all the Starbucks I go to. I know exactly what it looks like and it isnt that and she continues to argue with me, meanwhile the nice girl is already fixing it. So the blonde lady straight up only came up there to argue with me and tell me 1 was wrong. Will never go back due to how insanely rude and unprofessional she was. So sad. The location on Franklin on the other hand is always perfect and...
