Five Guys — Restaurant in Middleburg Heights

Their burgers are always delicious, and plenty large enough to make sure you will not leave hungry. The french fries here are cooked from whole potatoes that they cut and fry entirely in house. And the portion sizes for the fries are HUGE. The little fry is more thn enough to feed one person, and the larger size is definitely for sharing. Not only do they fill the cup that they use for the french fries, they also dump another cup into your bag. I prefer to get the cajun seasoning on the side to use for my fries. After I allow whomever I am dining with to take as many fries as they want, I then dump the seasoning on what remains in the bag and shake it up to cover all of my fries with it.

My first time visiting five guys, was pretty impressed with the interior of the restaurant, the decor, the bags of potatoes for sale to take home to cook were huge & pretty cool. Menu was not very largr, but I wasn't expecting it to be either. Unfortunately I came in for carry out right after stores & restaurants opened again after the quarantine so employees were a bit frustrated with the situation, attitudes were very apparent (I completely understand though). Food was not as great as everyone else made it sound. I really believed the hype I guess. Fries were very good, milkshake was also excellent, wasn't very impressed by the burger though. Hello! I was recently at five guys MiddleBurg Heights store with my husband and our son Wednesday afternoon. We usually have a great time there together as it’s one of our favorite spots. Unfortunately 2/3 of our sandwiches were completely wrong. We actually didn’t mind (we’re not picky) What we did mind however, was the language of the staff in normal conversation and to eachother … quite unprofessional. Especially for a family friendly sit down lunch spot. And the amount of touching that was going on too, might I add.. We still love five guys food, but… if you have small children, I suggest trying parma or steelyard next time. We will not...
