We arrive at 5pm on a Saturday. I approached the host stand and Brianna was there. I had thought my family of 15 had a reservation like they have ALWAYS allowed us to call a few days in advance and do every single year. That wasn’t the case. She gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me while I continuously was respectful and she quoted a 45-50 wait. So we waited. After an hour I went to check on how much longer (I am fully aware how the wait time works, I just wanted to see if they had an idea of a plan for my large party at this point) she walked away after making eye contact with me and I waited for the other host who informed me a table of 16 had been there 3 hours and we were waiting for them to get up. After an hour and half at this point, the other host who u didn’t get the name of, came over and told us they were wiping the table and setting it up. After 30 more minutes I was confused and asked her what happened and she said they didn’t even get up yet to which I was confused what the point in lying was? Other parties around us had also heard her say this to us and were confused. Then while waiting Brianna pushed past me when I wasn’t even in her way and didn’t even bother to apologize. She was also rude to other parties and others mentioned her attitude and lack of care of organization. She kept telling the other host loud enough for us and everyone else to hear that she didn’t care how long the parties had to wait, we shouldn’t of even come here. After over 2 hour wait, a baby in our party was crying (understandable after that long) and she mumbled to a coworker how annoying it was. I have worked in the service industry, actually for Darden and I know when it’s busy on a Saturday, you are to fill every table when every server is there. 10 tables were not being used at all, not even for small parties of 2-4. This is not how you run a business on a busy Saturday and Brianna should not be a host, as I have been in her shoes and it really isn’t that hard to be a decent person. Our server in the other hand, I think you spell her name Reina, was absolutely amazing and understanding of our situation and make sure we had bread and salad quickly when arriving to the table and taking on a party of 15 on her own, she killed it! The food came out quick for a large party and we were helped with clearing the table quickly when we needed to go after being there 4 hours total (just because of the wait and waiting for food which isn’t the kitchens fault). Please review how you run a Saturday and who you hire as the first...
Read moreI have to give a star to write a review and Stacy your restaurant is no where close to a one star environment. Your operation need work and help. Well let's start by saying this was the worst experience I've EVER encountered at an olive garden. Wow from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left. The hostess was out of it and was like umm how many people, to sitting out party down and leaving not letting us know that if someone would be with us. 2nd our server well maybe he had to much on his plate but needless to say needs more training as so does the host. I understand hard workers are hard to find but with that being said we were always asking for the simple things something to drink, silverware, napkins get the point. Over looking the first mishaps of the invite our food came out. It was okay I've had so much better. So straying away from normal I had the tour of Italy heck it's my birthday let's try something different. Well the chicken was over cooked Alfredo sticky, dry and the lasagna wow and my mom's dinner she wanted the shredded cheese and the server picks her plate up and his thumb is all up in her dinner I mean come one really... So I excused my self and went the restroom oooooo my gross. There was crap and I mean s*$+ all over the first stall second stall had pee and crayons and toilet paper all over the grown and the handicapped stall well I had to hover over the seat. This was one birthdays I will not forget let's also say the waiter did too so if it's your birthday the olive garden I know always celebrates with you. Looks like one olive garden has changed and this is one I'll never forget nor...
Read moreMy mother and I always go to Olive Garden as it is my mother's favorite restaurant, but this time it was a very unpleasant dining experience. The food to take home was brought to the table way too soon. My mother had just started eating her food. Therefore, the food from the buy one get free special just sat there until we left. When my mother asked for more salad and bread sticks as she was still eating, the waitress asked if we wanted it to go, but my mother was still clearly eating as she was before. We had to ask for dishes to be cleared off the table, but it was clear that they needed to be picked up. Overall, we had to ask for everything to get done (i.e, the check, bags, boxes, etc.) and when it did it took awhile. Then, when we paid for our food and told the manager, she blew us off and asked us why we didn't tell her earlier and if we wanted to replace the food from the buy one get one special. We didn't want more food. I just wanted my elderly mother and myself to be treated with respect and not with the attitude that we had to deal with the whole night. Maybe, they were trying to get us out of there because there was a long wait or maybe the waitress didn't think she would get a tip and therefore didn't treat us with the courtesy and respect we deserved. Overall, I don't know why we were treated this way, but it bothered me more that my mother was treated this way. This is my first review, but I had to warn others, so hopefully they won't have the same...
