To who ever the night time manager is i pray you learn how to talk to customers. Today was my 30th birthday and on my way home I wanted to post a gratitude post on Facebook for how incredible my day went. So I pull off the highway and decide to also stop at taco bell. I was in the parking lot and pulled off to the side to make a post after doing so I got in the line. While I was in line a rep came to take out the garbage so I gave some distance between the car ahead of my and myself to allow safe passing for the staff member to go between us. The car behind me cut around and went infront of me while there was still multiple cars ahead ordering. I rolled down my window and let him know I was inline infront of him and so I went around him to get closer to the vehicle infront of me so I wasn't cut infront of by someone who got inline after. This woman starts yelling at me across the parking lot being beyond rude. I explained to her I was giving distance from their rep walking with the garbage and she treated me like some type of criminal for being a kind and considerate person. I asked for her name to go and call a manager and report her in the morning and she responds in a vary nasty tone I AM THE MANAGER! No one in the customer service field should ever talk to a customer in the tone she spoke to me especially when I was more than kind while litteraly overflowing with happiness. Fortunately I have thick skin than to let a woman so negative and that clearly dosnt like her job pull me down in the slightest. Never have I ever had a problem with this Taco bell until this woman and I really hope what ever she has going on in her life that it gets better and in her elderly age she learns how to be kind and treat others with anymore respect than what she...
Read moreThe last 3 times in the last 6 weeks were not good experiences. The 1st of 3, they forgot my son's whole meal... we let it slide. People make mistakes and we were not coming back out so we all chipped in parts of our meal for him to have dinner after a long day too after not being able to get ahold of anyone at the store, they never answered the phone. 2nd time, they forgot my boyfriends meal, that time we did not leave it slide. We went back up there. Today, I'm fed up. Ordered a doritos taco combo with the new watermelon freeze.. they got the tacos right, but just handed us the cup of melted freeze that someone else must not have wanted, when i questioned it the kid just starred at me... also ordered a steak quesadilla combo with a Supreme doritos taco and a beef chilupa Supreme, no Lettuce add chipotle sauce. Ended up with a chicken quesadilla, that was room temp at best (the cheese wasn't even melted) and beef with chipotle sauce on a chalupa shell. The kid working the window had such a delightful personality ::insert sarcasm here:: smh, c'mon taco bell on E. Bagley, get it together. You're becoming a really big...
Read moreThe only thing I have to say is rude employees, wrong order, excuses that didn't make sense and this isn't the first time but will be the last time. I will never be going to this taco bell ever again. The manager on duty didn't even really seem to care, accused us of yelling at him then because we didn't want to get back into the long drive through line stated that he would bring the food out but he isn't supposed to because he could get shot! Really? Paranoid much? Or just that bad with the food orders. While we sat waiting on our food 5 other people tried to go in with wrong orders and who knows how many just got back in line or just left disgusted. The guy at the window was more worried about the game or text on his phone to realize that there were only 3 items in our bag when we ordered 10. (The last time we were there he was playing on a Nintendo switch.) We live 2 mins down the street and when we got home everything was cold and the cheesy crunchy gordita was soggy. How do you make a crunchy taco shell soggy??? Like I said never again. To bad I can't choose 0 stars because they don't even...
