Starbucks — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Always, and I mean always, are 'unable' to make frappuccino's and frozen drinks. Often are out of their advertised flavors or drinks.

However, the SERVICE is the worst part. There will be 3 people working but only 1 will actually be working. There is a dark haired, middle-aged woman that clearly doesn't want to work and either disappears or finds something else to do as the line just keeps getting longer. She is also extremely rude to customers(I've witnessed this on 3 occasions). It also takes them extremely long to make one drink and sometimes it tastes awful. Waited 20min for my one drink when they're was only 1 other customer. Don't try to order a drink when you do your drive up pickup order either because they disable almost the entire menu so they don't have to do drive up drinks.

It's also unclean and on a few occasions gross. There are always flies, knats and sticky messes everywhere that aren't...

Editing my review because I tried this location again, and they’ve really upped their game. Quick service and the baristas are super nice. Been there a couple times recently and haven’t experienced any of the issues described below.

Every time I have gone to this location recently they’re either not open during their posted hours, or they’re out of most items they’re selling. Very frustrating to make the drive and see they decided not to open, or to wait in a long line only to find out they’re out of coffee. Waiting for 10min just to get a straw. I was not given a straw when the smoothie was ready. I didn’t ask for help at the beginning because I thought there should be straw at the creamer/sweetener station. Unfortunately, the station was empty and I asked for help from a staff. The staff refused to get the straw for me even they are just few steps away from her and told me to ask another staff who was at cashier and busy with checking other customers. Eventually I got the straw but it didn’t feel like a right decision to pay $6 to get 12oz strawberries slushies without providing a straw...
