Hello, I visited the Langhorne, PA location yesterday (5/15) and had a terrible experience. My husband and I came in specifically looking for wicker baskets. We were in the aisle and searching and an employee was trying to re organize the area. She was clearly frustrated that we were there. She started moving a cart towards us and having us move farther and farther down the aisle. I felt very intimidated as you could see how frustrated she was becoming and I told my husband we could walk away for a bit and come back since she clearly felt we were in her way. We come back about 5 minutes later and the employee was gone so I was trying to find a basket that worked for us and I hear a woman behind me saying “well I’m trying to get this area cleaned up but every time I turn around” and when I turn around and look this employee is talking to what I assume is a manager and the employee literally motions at me with her arms as if I am making her job difficult by silently shopping in a store. I was so put off my husband and I left and bought our baskets at another store. I cannot believe the disrespect of that woman. I didn’t get her name, she was maybe in her fifties and had dark brown/black hair. I was so offended by this. I always try and treat people with respect, I was trying to stay out of her way and she made us uncomfortable to the point that we left without making a purchase. Very overpriced given this is meant to be a cheaper store. We came in looking to buy a clothing drawer for under $30 but had absolutely no luck. Everything here is Target prices or more. Seriously, I checked every tag and thought of how much of a waste this trip was and that I could've went to Walmart. The store is a mess. Quite a few aisles were very narrow with items all over the floor. I had to lift my cart up like a cartoon superhero to get it through an aisle because of the stuff on the ground. I assumed they were understaffed but alas, I waited at the registers for a couple of ladies in hijabs being GLARED AT very hard by the male (assuming manager) leaning against the counter behind the register. Another woman came to help ring when the man very clearly could have rung us out. The smart thing to do would have the lady go clean some aisles while the man took register. I won't be returning.
