The day before Thanksgiving, we were in the area and was craving ice cream. All the ice cream shops nearby were closed, so we opted for this Thai ice cream place. Thai ice cream is a mixture of sweet liquid, poured onto a very cold pan, and then rolling it with a spatula; toppings can be added after. On this visit, we got a Thai tea boba tea and a cookie monster rolled iced cream. The employee was nice but he didn't mention that the rolled ice cream was premade and already in the fridge until after we paid. We wanted my children to see them make it because it's unique but I'm assuming they were short staffed, that is why it was premade. There was one other customer in front of us. The overall wait took quite a long time though. The Thai iced tea came out first and it was bland, the flavor was mild and I could barely taste the Thai tea flavor. The color wasn't the usual bright orange I normally see. After another wait, we got our cookie monster ice cream which is Oreo cookie flavored, it was in the fridge the whole time; we were able to get three toppings for it. My child enjoyed it. I'm not sure why it took so long since it was already premade. A large group of people came in after us, the employee was about to take their orders before giving us our order, thankfully, they were still deciding so he started working on our order. I understand it's a day before a holiday and there was only one employee, but we did pay full price to have the same experience as it it was another regular day. Overall, the wait, the flavor of the boba tea, and the ice cream being premade, made the experience below average, so I gave it 2 stars.

I appreciate the idea of the ice cream rolls, but it is not my favorite. I did not get ice cream here this time, but I have ordered it in the past. I think I just wish it were a bit more creamy? Something that I can't quite put my finger on. Not to mention I wish there was more than one size to choose from. I had bubble tea this time, the brown sugar one and it was pretty good! I am also not a huge bubble tea person, but I enjoyed the flavor options they had and the bubble options. They had a bunch of fruit bubbles to choose from since I didn't want the tapioca. The employees are prompt and knowledgeable about the options. The atmosphere is cozy and enjoyable. It's a good place to get some ice cream and my friend loves coming here. I am sure I will be back. 👍🏻 Also, the picture I posted of the ice cream is half eaten. Apologies! She dug into her ice cream so fast I couldn't get a picture. It is beautiful when it is handed to the customer.

Best bubble tea I’ve ever had! I like it more than prince house. Prince house was full of mostly ice, I finished it super quick and their tapioca was too chewy and flavorless. You get way more at Zero degree and I like that they don’t put ice in it, so it’s more milk tea. They also give you a generous amount of boba and tapioca… It was soo good and perfect amount of sweetness. The tapioca is chewy with good texture and very addicting.. the mango boba is tasty. I loved the mango milk tea and brown sugar milk tea. It’s amazing and I’m obsessed! And the atmosphere of the shop is cute and chill! The woman who took my order was very nice. I wish I had asked for her name!! It was a really good experience.. I’ve had the ice cream before which was delicious. But I’m now obsessed with there bubble teas lol.. I’ll be back for more bubble tea! :)

There were 2 college students running the store at the time and the place was jam packed, and only getting more packed as the night went on.

I got there, first thing I noticed was the loud music, you could barely hear the people next to you. (Part of me felt like the music was a way to drown out the upset customers)

I waited almost 10 minutes before one of the workers noticed I was there and then finally took my order. There was slight attitude and a lack of motivation.

I sit down at one of the tables and wait. I wait about 30 minutes, and I observe a few of things:

-They have around 7 untouched orders from door-dashers, but I also notice that there are some dasher there already. -In the time I'm there, they've worked on probably 2-3 orders. I don't know exactly how long it would usually take to make the ice creams, so I don't want to get into that, but I wouldn't think it would take that long. (Ive been here one other time and it didn't take nearly as long) -One had a bit of an attitude and another didn't really take into account that there were so many other people waiting and other orders they had to make. -They kept taking more orders even though they had so many other orders they had not even started yet

There was another order with the same drink I was getting, however it was an order after mine. I saw one of the workers make it, but give it away to someone else even though they came after me. I wanted to wait longer, but I'd already waited for a good while, so I asked when they'd start making my order. The worker I talked to took a cup and wrote my name, but as they were ready to take the cup to the drink station they stopped for another person who wanted a drink. They took their order, got their cup and attempted to put their cup in mine so they could take both together to the drinking station, however my cup fell on the floor. The worker proceeded to pick up my cup and bring it to the drink station. Then left it there to work on an ice cream order.

I decided to leave, but only to my car for a couple of minutes before coming back. I decided I wasn't going to leave because I already paid, I wouldn't be able to argue with these workers because it would be no use.

I went up the counter, asked the other worker when they could make my drink. They said with an attitude, "um....I guess right after this..." while giving me some type of eyes.

They took another cup, thankfully, and finally my drink was made. I waited like 40-45 minutes, maybe a little longer.

I don't want to bash on these workers, but this was kind of poor quality. I understand that they were probably overwhelmed, but if that's the case, then they need to express that to the rest of the customers instead of taking more orders and keeping people waiting 40 minutes or more. The drink was fine, but everything else...

TLTR: They rather give excuses over owning their shortcomings. Not worth your time or money.

What an experience, and not a good one at that. From the beginning till the very end it was nothing but excuses.

1st: The online menu does not match their actual menu. The excuse? They don't have the password to the domain to change the online menu.... Translation, they are either too lazy or lack the minimum knowledge needed to at least try to fix such a simple problem.

2nd: The amount of time it took to fulfill our order. 5 drinks and one ice cream took 20 minutes, and there was no one else's order being worked on. I could only imagine what the excuse would have been if I brought up how long it took, but my next issue too the cake.

3rd: My Thai Tea was not Thai Tea. My drink was last to be completed. I took a sip and had to ask the staff that made it if she had made a Thai Tea. She responded with a yes. I had walked out of the store just wanting to be on my way, but with my second sip I had to turn around. The Thai Tea was just not good. I returned into the store and went back to the staff that had made my drink and informed her that there was something wrong with my drink and that it was not a Thai Tea. She assured me it was, and that's when another staff member came to interject. The new staff told me that that is "their" Thai Tea. I asked if they brew their own Thai Tea. I was told that they use black tea and a Thai Tea flavoring. I asked if they can remake my drink using more of the Thai Tea flavoring. I was told that they will not do it because the formulas for the drinks are set and no one has ever complained about their drinks before. After hearing that, I knew that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. I left my not Thai Tea on the counter and I left.

I was never offered for my drink to be fixed. I was never offered another drink. I was never offered a semblance of a solution. All I was offered were excuses. The word "Thai" is in the business name. They sell a drink called Thai Tea. However, somehow their is no Thai Tea in their establishment. Very...

The ice cream was good, but the service was terrible. We had a party of 5 and each of us ordered ice cream. Two of them were pre-made so we only needed three orders made. There were several people behind us that ordered. There was only one person working, and he decided to make the orders for the people behind us first. He made one person's cookies and cream order who had ordered like three people behind us. When he called them for their order, even they were confused and were like "are you sure?". When I asked the worker about it, he said "They only had one order so I figured it would be faster."

He made one of our ice-creams, but then stopped to make another customer's tea who had ordered after us. This pattern continued throughout our order. He would stop with our order and make another customer's tea, even if they had just walked in! We were waiting a very long time, almost an hour.

When I complained to him afterwards that we shouldn't have to wait on others orders who ordered after us, he said it was policy and managers told him to make the teas even if someone else ordered ice-cream. Not a very good policy! It's very frustrating as a customer to see other people's orders completed who have ordered after you, especially when you've already been waiting a while.

We would not return this place.

EDIT: responding to manager's reply. No, the employee made a cookie monster flavor for a customer three people behind us. We did not have that flavor in our order. He literally said, "They had only one order so I figured it would be faster." If you don't have a policy about making people's tea before icecream, then where did the employee get that idea? He very explicity stated managers have told him to make tea for customers behind a big icream order (and, frankly, three icecream orders isn't very big!). You correctly identified this experience wasn't our problem, which we appreciate. However, you've had many many reviews identifying slow service as an issue, and it apparently continues to be a problem. We do not recommend this place for ice-cream since the service...
