AutographCOA (ACOA) Authentication — Local services in Middletown

Not open when it says it's open. I went there because Google said they opened at 11. I paid for parking went inside at 11:05 the door was locked and the office was dark. I waited by the free stuff rack and even went around the building to see if there was another entrance. I waited for 20 minutes and even called the number but only got a very long voicemail. The owner contacted me after my initial review that simply said "Not open when it says it's open." and complained that I left him a bad review and ruined his day. I responded driving 30 minutes, paying for parking and waiting 20 ruined my day. He basically called me a liar (always good business practice) by saying he was there at ten after 11 and I wasn't there. Read all my reviews, I almost always say something positive. Sent in an autographed U2 album, I purchased at a U2 concert from fan memorabilia section personally. Despite their website stating within 24 hours, 10 days after I was charged I had to remind them I submitted material 10 days earlier. Then, about an hour later I get the response stating the autographs weren’t authentic. Fortunately I found my original COA from my original purchase afterward, and the piece is in fact authentic particularly as it was purchased at a U2 event. While company may be knowledgeable on many items, this makes me question the integrity of their process, and beware of paying 75.00 for a non refundable preliminary “analyzed by up to 5 experts”. I had an experience very similar to another customer. I already had a reputable COA, but a potential buyer wanted 2 COAs (I guess to be doubly sure, I don’t know). I found this company that their website said average 72 hour turn around time. I submitted what they asked for and paid them. Two weeks later I had got no response and started emailing them. After emailing them for about another week, I finally got a response saying, in their opinion, the autograph wasn’t legit. While I disagree with their opinion as I already have a reputable COA, their very excessive turn around time, slow response, and lack of any good way to get ahold of them disqualifies them from any potential future business from me.
