Prince House Poke: Poke/ Açaí Bowl / Boba Tea — Restaurant in Middletown

I love this place, or actually I did. Yesterday my friends and I decided to head out for some celebratory boba at our favorite place, which is here. When we got in they said that they needed an hour to prepare the tapioca pearls so we took some of the kids that were with us to get them rolled ice cream from the place next door. We headed back to here and ordered our usual drinks and waited patiently, which wasn't long because they are really quick with orders and we appreciate that. However, one of our friends ordered a drink and it came in a bit messed up. My friend wasn't happy and let the people know. They simply said just mix it, which my friend did. When she asked if they can fix it, they said no. So she asked for a refund and they refused. My friend was devastated.

OK, I am no expert, this was my first time eating Poke. It was excellent. Really, it stands out even in a neighborhood full of really good restaurants. Not being familiar, my companion and I opted against the "build your own", and instead each got house specials. I had the shrimp, which was crunchy and spicy and cooked, and she had the vegetarian, which was not crunchy, with tofu, and lots of other greens, and what looked like an entire avocado. Prince House is my new favorite place. We normally order about twice a week. The Poke Bowls are amazing! I can’t say enough about them. I could eat one every day. The ‘pick 2’ is the perfect sized meal all by itself and very reasonably priced for what you get. Shrimp with Sushi Tuna or Salmon over rice is my go-to. The jalapeno’s are super fresh and have a really nice ‘bite’ to them. There’s so many options you’ll never get bored. The Açaí bowls are great. Thai Milk Boba tea is awesome. Love...
