First impressions are what matters!!! You walk into this shop it's a very clean environment. There are stairs that lead you into a sneaker heads tavern. If you can't find what you're looking for, be sure the owner can. But you have to admire a man who brings his dog to work. The dog is amazing, just as his owner is friendly. You have questions he has answers. Do you have a defective product? Read the signs above as you would read the Meter when you go to park it's a business district. make sure to tell him you have a defective product before you leave the store. Be logical he's running a business, not a charity. He's very fair. It's a business, people. I have read some negative reviews on this store, and the reality is that you have to walk in and experience it for yourself. Overall, I would rate this business a 5 star establishment, and that is rare, considering most smoke shops are stinky and not clean. This guy cares about his business and his appearance in the community. Also, he speaks multiple languages, and you have to admire that as well. This is what Middletown needs...

Had such a great experience today. I just went in for my regular vape juice. I immediately walked in and there is a beautiful beautiful dog, so friendly, so happy and it just put a huge smile on my face which I really needed. I went with one of my normal vape juices and I wanted a second one I wanted and genuine opinion on what people liked in the brand that I liked. He recommended a juice and I like it more than what I buy normally. This is a store truly takes no of what customers like and carrying quality products. You can get quality glass vape products and other holistic healing products. I'd highly recommend this store to absolutely anyone this was a beautiful experience each and anytime I go in there. Their pipe cleaner got out the piece of flower that was in my now 22-years old,13,000$. It had a mark on it for like the past 2 years and I haven't been able to get it out and it finally got out!!! And then cleaned a bunch more glass! The store must have the luck of the Irish...

Big setup store-wise for a smoke shop and they even got a downstairs section. Very big brand name selection of varying products...it's getting a bit saturated and rough out there with so many names and flavors and styles, so at least kindly let them know if you get something totally faulty. No refund sure but they can remove it if such happens enough. It didn't happen to me here but I got my defective vape pen once elsewhere at some other store, so...
