Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Middletown

So I would like to start off my review with saying that I have worked at a chick-fil-A for over 6 years so I’d like to think I know a few things about how they run. I have been 3 times to this location and each time it has been pretty bad. I have waited over 15 minutes each time for food and when I get to the window the people outside are always just talking to each other with zero hustle to get people through the line. The last two times I have gotten my food and it is cold, after looking at my order my nuggets and drink will have a different name listed which makes me think they are getting passed out wrong or they are missing it for some orders and they are just passing it out to the next person who orders it which is a big no in chick-fil-A. Drive through took far to long there were 4 people standing out in the drive through area taking orders as they drove up to them instead of waking to each car like every other Chick-fil-A does when it’s crazy busy.

Finally got my food and they must not have heard when I said no tomatoes and I got two top buns didn’t ruin my meal but just more reasons to show that they need to work on...
