Cuzino's Pizza — Restaurant in Middletown

Ordered pizza from there this afternoon. It came in the expected time frame but I left directions with my order to call before knocking on the door. I have an 80 pound dog that I hate wrestling with for deliveries. Most places will follow that but the delivery man did not. I heard the first ring and my dog went crazy. I tried to get him put away as the delivery guy continuously knocked and rang my doorbell multiple times with about a 10 second gap in between each attempt, which made my dog go crazier. Finally put him away after about a minute and a half got to the door and the delivery guy was beyond rude, no hello, nothing but a scowling face. He shoved my pizza and receipt into my hands followed by my Pepsi. I said thank you, he turned and walked away and said nothing. I didn’t even sign for my things or give a tip because I didn’t have the option to as I never saw my receipt to sign. Outside of that the pizza was cold, I reheated in the oven and it was pretty good but would have cared to have hot...

Talk about a low key family business, this place is a hidden gem. The wife and I were up for the Middletown Peach Festival and were looking for something within walking distance. We walked into Cuzino's Family Kitchen and was greeted by a delightful server who sat us promptly and tole us she'd also be our server. We told her we wanted a lighter lunch so we can get back out to the festival and not hate ourselves as we walked around. We settled on the 2 slices for $3.99 for each of us (on her suggestion). She came back a few minutes later and said she thinks the better option would be the $5 mini pie and it would be roughly the same amount of pizza.

In Real Estate you always look out for your clients well being first and foremost. This impressed me. Our drinks were never below half, we had a lovely conversation. All in all a great experience. The food was good too. 😁

Ordered my food by 5:35 the est. for arrival was 6:35. The tracker to see what was going on with my pizza just kept saying preparing ur order. Then when it was out for delivery it randomly said delivered at the time of 6:35. No pizza no nothing. Call and ask what’s going on? Lady said it’s another 10 mins out. So we got the pizza at 6:55- 7:00 clock. Pizza was cold. Cheesesteak pizza had no sauce on it and for 26 dollars should? Am I wrong?! I could have made a better pizza at home. Fries cold. If I knew I’d have such an issue with this place I would have picked up else where. I’ve never seen a pizza place take so long to delivery and make a pizza.
