Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Middletown

I have loved Scooter’s since I first tried it shortly after it opened! The service is fast, welcoming, and kind. Being a drive thru only establishment, they seem to have speed down. They always suggest trying something when they greet you at the speaker box, but never press you further if you say no. I have never waited in their line for more than maybe 2-3 minutes tops. I think I got a wrong beverage literally one time and that was just because someone misheard what flavor I wanted my drink to be. Out of the many 100% accurate experiences I’ve had here, it was easy to forgive! Their iced mocha is my go to beverage. The mocha is milk chocolate, which is my favorite kind of mocha to get. I’m not a fan of the bitter mocha you get at other coffee shops so it was a nice change to get the milk chocolate mocha taste here. I’ve been here twice since their grand opening in Middletown and both times my order has been wrong. I have ordered a large HOT salted caramel Espresso with an extra shot. The first time the drink was only foam and whip cream, there was no coffee at all. Had to go through the line again to get it fixed. The second time, same order came out as a medium. I mentioned this before I left and they took my medium and dumped it into a large cup, added more coffee and handed it back to me. It was absolutely disgusting. They have some GREAT coffee which is why the review is 4 stars. Their coffee beats Starbucks overpriced unsweetended cold brew everyday of the week and twice on Sundays.

I gave the food a low rating because they don't have a very good breakfast. I got a turkey sausage burrito and turkey sausage sandwich. My fiance and I both agreed the sausage flavor was wack. I can't say I'd recommend their breakfast. However we tried the turkey sausage and can't speak for the reg sausage or bacon.
