Arby's — Restaurant in Midland

Grrrr..I ordered a 9 dollar sandwich and it did not even come with everything it was suppose to... when I went back and told the employee he just looked at me with a blank stair and replied "OK" then walked away. Was gine for like 3-4 min came back with a small side cup of cheese sauce and said here ya go. Wow I was not happy at all. I left a survey and received a call from corporate the apologize and wanted to make it right. I was like great. I received 1 free meal coupon in the mail. And really the kid that waited on my had random tatoos all up and down his arms. It literally looked like he had been doodling on his arm. I wanted to yell we draw on paper not our selves lol. You would think the would have to wear long sleeves to cover them up to look more...

I literally eat at Arby's probably at least once a week more like two times a week. I usually have great service and great food and never have any complaints. But last night was a different story. Everything was cold. The sandwich, and the fries. No granted we were there right at closing we were actually the last customers in the Drive-Thru. But why would you think that it would be okay to serve people cold food? Now as far as the customer service goes it was phenomenal the girls were very nice and we're very respectful. But the food was just not up to par. And I couldn't tell anybody about my food because by the time I parked in a parking spot, all was closed, lights off and no sign...

Their drive through is awful. I’m done giving this restaurant a chance to fix things. Every time I order they mess it up. And not a little bit. Today they missed all of my side orders for mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers, which made for some sad kids when I got home.

Overall, I paid for over $20 worth of food I didn’t receive. This happens every time I order there, and because I was in a hurry, I didn’t double check my order. It shouldn’t be on me to make sure the order is correct every time I order there.
