I place my order at the drive thru today and this visit disappointed the drive thru order taker raised her voice with attitude when I was verifying that she didn't ring me up for 2 caniac combos than get to the window to pay $40.13 and they try to pass me the drinks and close the window and not handing me my food then they open the window a minute later looking at me like I should have already been gone then they realized they forgot to give me my food and I asked for a high c fruit punch and they charged me for an iced tea they also charged me an extra toast when I wanted extra fries they gave me extra ice on my Dr pepper when I said easy ice I'm sure it can be difficult with five people chatting with you at the window if you can't hear an order by the time I got back to my house which wasn't even 10 minutes later I realized my order was incorrect I had to go through the drive-thru and ask for Jorge personally and since I thought I knew him he would help take care of the situation better I told him I needed the caniac combo and the extra strips fresh with the extra fries or if I can get a refund I should have chosen the refund because I got half cold and half hot fries if you want fresh hot food with quality this is not the place to go unfortunately I used to enjoy coming here but I'm going to stop and probably end up going to Popeyes or the Golden Chick...
Read moreThis is the closest location to my house, unfortunately every time I come here without fail either something snarky is said to me or between the kitchen staff and employee taking my order or I’m given a off putting look (eye roll, etc) and I leave feeling like a burden to the employees that take my order. I always come in with a kind demeanor and thank everyone I come into contact with. Aside from a normal order I add three simple modifications to my order. As a service industry fine dining server with a decade of experience it always rubs me the wrong way as I used to serve 6-10 course dinner services to celebrities. I always go above and beyond to be kind and provide good service and I do not feel like this canes provides the same. I only eat fast food once a month and overall it’s a disappointing experience. Even when I order fries extra crispy you can tell they’re either not thrown in again or rushed. For 20$ a pop we should get what we ask for. Read moreI hardly ever post bad reviews however I really did not feel like a valued customer this last visit to this establishment. Ordered online due to being sick waited outside and parked in the mobile order spaces as Instructed to do so on their website. I waited patiently for a half hour. When no one came I called and asked about my order the young lady on the phone stated "ummmm yeahhh it's not ready....." explained I had been waiting for thirty minutes she then cut me off and stated "okay???....Well you're just going to have to come in and get it" then hung up. Wouldn't answer after that. I couldn't go Inside due to exposing others. I had to go through the drive to explain what happened. Very frustrating. Why offer curbside pickup if you're just going to tell them to come inside? The whole point of me ordering curbside was to not expose anyone.
