Starbucks — Restaurant in Midland

I used to love coming to this Starbucks as it is convenient and close for me. I’ve seen nothing but turnover in this location. Especially managers. I have decided to not go to this location any longer. The baristas are all rude and the manager is even worse. Today was the last straw. I used to work at Starbucks so I know how it works there. I ordered my drink as I normally would and they always make it wrong. This morning when I visited I got my regular coffee. I get to my destination and there is no esprsso in my coffee. I know one little review for Starbucks won’t do much ! But I’ll do it anyway. To wait in the drive thru on a Saturday at 3:30 for 20 minutes , ordered two drinks and a pup cup ! Pull up , wait again ! To hand her a 100$ for her to say ! “ I can’t break a 100$ ! We don’t keep 20$ in the register . “ to “ you didn’t spend over 50$ “! W an attitude! No apology!! The Market Street Starbucks is terrible. Our order is wrong everytime. Recently I ordered a triple chocolate mocha Frappuccino, the cashier asked me numerous times what it was called and she proceeded to mark my drink as double chocolate chip. No one at this location seems knowledgeable about any of the drinks. They think there is no difference between whole and almond milk.
