By far the WORST fast food establishment in Midland. The first time we went, it was my brother and I. There was no one in line at the drive through and the restaurant itself looked like it wasn’t busy at all. We pulled up and it took five minutes for them to tell us “give me a minute” very rudely. We waited another 5 minutes and said “hello” and we were answered back with a very rude “I said one minute”. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, no exaggeration, the woman took our order. We asked for the chicken strips, only strips, no meal, and they entered in spicy nuggets. We had to tell them 4 times to correct it. Then when I told them a whopper with cheese and no mustard I was told “we don’t do it like that” I replied with an excuse me and she replied with a “do you want the whopper or not?”. At that point we left and went to another burger king who served us well. Episode 2: me and my family went last night (figured night shift would serve us better) It took them yet again another 10 to 15 minutes to take our order with the restaurant not being busy again. We asked for 3 number one meals with cheese, large with sprites. We also asked for 2 number fours, large with sprite and Dr Pepper. We pulled forward only to wait for 20 minutes for the cook to finally come tell us that he didn’t know where the drive through person went and he couldn’t take our money because he didn’t know how to pull everything up. After 5 more minutes of waiting we watched what looked to be a manager get out of her suv (looked like she had been smoking) and came in and went to the window. Laughing about the fact we were waiting like it was some joke she said my bad and gave us out bags and drinks. I asked her for corporates number and she didn’t look very happy. She replied it’s on the receipt. We left and went home to find we weren’t given one of the number four meals, just the drink and one of our whoppers was gone as well. I called to complain and no one picked up. I was left a voice message from the “GM” this morning to call her back. I called and got no response yet again. This place is horrible with customer service. The food we were given was cold and hard. It doesn’t seem like anyone in that establishment takes their job seriously. I’m very disappointed to see such a place with a reputation for great fast food be brought so low by careless employees with bad attitudes and poor customer service skills. Went with some friends and their kids to get a few things to eat on February 10th 2018 a little after 11 p.m. We ask the young man at the window if he can put half of our bill on a card and pay the other half with cash. He didn't seem to understand what we were asking so he asked the manager for help. I can understand the young men not having much experience and being possibly nervous about the situation but the manager, when we said that we're trying to split the bill he said they don't do that and was very dismissive and rude. Not only did they forget some of the food and drinks but the meat was cold, and any individual working in the food industry should know that if meat isn't kept at specific temperatures food born illnesses become a risk. There is so much more I can add to this but I've covered the basics, we chose not to eat the food because we truly believe that the risk of food born illness was too high and instead of arguing with the manager we wasted food and money and went to the McDonald's next door, who's burgers are smaller, but were not cold, not warm, but hot. This "Manager" really needs to improve his customer service skills, but I will not go to this location ever again because of the money and food that was wasted. I work hard for my money, if we weren't in a hurry I would have argued the quality of the food, but we went to a fast food restaurant for a reason, and the line to wait was too long for us to wait again. Read moreCustomer service has declined tremendously at both locations. Anyone who works or is a patron of Burger King knows that the dressings on the whoppers are mayo and ketchup. With that being said, I ordered a whopper with mustard only, in lieu of the mayo/ ketchup combination. The rude cashier that took my order replied by using the term “add” . He stated add mustard. I immediately interjected to let him know that I wanted the mustard only, because adding the mustard would be a merge of mustard, mayo and ketchup. Well, the rude cashier must have gotten offended when I tried to correct his errors. He became rude by raising his voice, rolling his neck and throwing up his hands. I then asked him if mayo and ketchup still came with the whopper. He stated in a rude manner that he didn’t know! I then informed him that this is why I wanted mustard only. I finished placing my order. Both burgers had ketchup and mustard on them. Apparently he removed the mayo. How can anyone work at a fast food burger joint and not know how the burgers are dressed! I approached the manager and informed her of the error. She immediately made excuses for him. She did remake the burgers but, that were not made to order .
