Subway — Restaurant in Midland

walked in and was not greeted by anyone except for possibly a male who was on the phone and yelled at as and didn’t even gesture to anyone to come help. The woman seemed as if we were wasting her time as she put her gloves on and blank stared at us while we placed our order. No smile, just a toss of a knife to the side and bacon tossed into the oven. Despite my please and thank you so never once got any in return. She handled my food a lot at the end when she smashed the ingredients inside with her hand and not a knife (which I’m sure I’ve seen EVERY subway do this last step with a knife) The drink station was not clean, the tea basket was sitting out on the counter and fruit flies were around all the drinks. Finally getting to my destination to eat (less than 5min away) to find my sandwich is sloppy wrapped, the bread was stale, the lettuce or spinach tasted old, and the tomatoes were soggy. Glad I paid over $14 for 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and only truly enjoyed my...

This is very hit or miss across all subways. I’m not sure why there is such a discrepancy among the sandwiches. But I ordered a foot long deluxe steak and cheese with extra veggies. Which I do order myself at the touch screen drive thru. I am then always prompted by a window teller who doesn’t say anything other than my total and pushes the card reader out at me asking me to “tip or skip” (for what?, I took my own order! All you’re doing is making it) I then get home to this.(see picture) Not even enough meat for a 6 inch sub, let alone a foot long. Or a deluxe which is what I ordered! And I also ordered extra veggies. There’s barely any! Subway needs to standardize how each sub is supposed to be and they always need to look like that. Do better people! This is a $12 sub that looks like a toddler made it in their plastic...

I’ve gone to the location on S Saginaw 4 times in the last 3 months and all 3 times due to COVID have used the drive through. All 4 times I have went they have messed up the order. This time I asked for 3 different types of sauces and got 0. Also they gave me 2 tomatoes and 3 pickles on a foot long sub. Subway isn’t the problem, but this location is. A Saginaw rd in midland MI. Don’t go there. Also I asked about the buy one get one free they had going on. He said that they don’t participate in this. So I paid for both my subs and showed h that it shows on their FB that they do. He says, oh yeah, we accept that with the coupon. I had the coupon and then was told that it’s too late because he already processed the transaction. Just unbelievable that this site is so terrible. Not making subway look...
