Leaving a negative review for a restaurant visited frequently enough that the employees likely recognize me/my order is really disappointing. I admittedly find myself at this location more than one should as it works great with my schedule and historically, pricing was competitive and food was good. In the last 6 months, I’ve noticed TWO price increases that directly impact my order, raising the (pre tax) price of my order from $5.99 just last summer, all the way up to $6.79 today. At $5.99, this price was more inexpensive than comparable meals from nearby Wendy’s, McD’s, Popeyes, Rally’s, Subway, and more. With the increase in price, Taco Bell is no longer a “good deal” and frankly, the quality of the food simply does not warrant the price increase. My last order on 01/26/2025 missed every single one of the “special requests” (no ice in drink, burrito was not grilled, gordita did not have light lettuce). These special requests are so minute and easy to complete that with a nearly $1 increase over the last 6 months, it’s inexcusable to miss. Anecdotally, these requests are missed on nearly 50% of my orders at this location. Additionally, on this same order, the gordita was wrapped so poorly that when pulled out of the bag, several toppings including meat and cheese fell from the still wrapped taco straight onto the floor. I haven’t fussed about this in the past because at the end of the day, it’s not a big deal for $5.99. But the price keeps raising and now, at $6.79, seeing no improvement is unacceptable. It’s extremely frustrating, and I’ll be driving the extra 5 minutes to N. Saginaw to save literal pennies out of spite at this point. I recommend you do the same as my last several orders at that location have not only been less expensive, but have also actually...
Read moreWent to get lunch today on my break, got the cheezit combo with the nacho fries, Crunchwrap beefy 5 layer and large fountain pop, my boyfriend got the grilled cheese burrito combo and added extra steak and jalapeños, which we paid extra for. The Crunchwrap was literally FALLING APART the tortilla was raw, and not closed it looks like it was on the press for all of 5 seconds, I used to work at Moes where we made stacks, I know it takes at least 30 seconds-1 minute to properly close those crunchwraps, the tomatoes on it were squishy and obviously extremely old, it looked like someone had squeezed the crunchwrap with how it looked, the beefy 5 layer tortilla was also raw, it was also the smallest beefy 5 layer I’ve ever seen, the fries were soggy and my nacho cheese was so hot it actually melted the portion cup it was served in. The grilled cheese burrito had a hole in the top of it the size of someone’s finger, it also had no jalapeños and no extra beef, it was also one of the smallest grilled cheese burritos I’ve ever seen, it was smaller than a beefy 5 layer, which you’d think if we paid extra for the extra steak and jalapeños they’d put it on there, looks like they were short some braincells today because the person who handed us the bag looked completely stoned, the hard shell taco also came broken. 25$ worth of food, and shitty service. Thank you for listening to my Ted talk. Update: currently pooping my brains out from the rotten tomatoes. Thanks for the...
Read moreTaco Bell use to be my favorite fast food and this is the closest store to my house but I'm so tired of being treated like trash at this location, the workers are always in horrible moods and short and rude, the food is always very poorly made , cold hard shells with hardly anything on/ in them just an example I just got a five layer burrito box and the taco has me on half of it and hardly any the cinnamon twists are basically bare they have no cinnamon sugar on them in the burrito is laughable it is a cold ripped shell because they rolled a cold shell with the smallest amount of nacho cheese holding the smaller shell to it barely enough to be able to see the small shell is also cold and cracked there is two very small dabs of meat inside the whole burrito all of the cheese was on one end of the burrito and then a huge dollop of sour cream in the middle and that's it I just paid $5 for two cold shells plain fried noodles and a little bit of lettuce and they didn't put my mild sauce in the bag I'm so tired of it it's like this every time I get food there to the point where I'm just not going to go anymore I went from Taco Bell being my favorite restaurant to I absolutely hate Taco Bell if I can't even get a soft taco that has Taco in it it's not worth it especially with how mean...
