Went right before Christmas, late night. Got jr bacon cheeseburgers, nuggets and fries. Iâm convinced the food was bad, outdated, something. Itâs my usual order and there was definitely something funky about it. Didnât want to call and complain to a manager during Christmas time. Especially as the pair that were working there that night were quite pleasant. Called it a loss. Gave them another chance tonight. I just got frostys. No âwelcome to Wendyâs,â or anything inviting, just âgo ahead with your order.â I listened to them talk to the car ahead and behind me. Not impressed. Maybe she couldnât hear over all the yelling in the background inside the closed lobby building. I didnât wait for a receipt or utensils, maybe she wasnât going to offer. I just left. I would have to assume if the manager was invested in the business like they should be, they wouldnât be happy to know the lack of quality and customer service that we receive there. It would be a shame to see them lose after the revamp of the building and the funds spent to do so. Unfortunately, with all the reviews I have read lately, itâs not looking too promising.    Read moreI'm not one to usually complain about fast food since the bar isn't that high to begin with. However, waiting 10 minutes this morning only to get food that was far from what it should have been was disappointing. Potato wedges definitely weren't fresh for that kind of wait, no napkins, no straw and the burrito showed no evidence of something that was just made. The amount of whatever that nasty sauce is had to be carefully removed since there was more sauce than anything else. Also no hot sauce for the burrito. If it had been busy, I'd be way more understanding. But there was me and one other person in drivethru and no one in the diningroom. Please do better. Update: went for breakfast again today. Specifically asked for light sauce and when I opened it up there was sauce everywhere, all over the wrapper, the sandwich was covered in it and tons on the sandwich. Comeon guys...I only get this stuff once a month at most and it's the only place that has potato wedges. I checked my receipt, it said light sauce...this isn't light, it's extra and that stuff is not that much of an improvement on the breakfast baconator or the burrito. Finally just took the bun off, wiped the sauce off and just ate the protein. Shouldn't have to disassemble...

We get five miles away from the store and realize there's a nasty hair sticking out of my husband's burger( THAT HE ALMOST ATE) I drive all the way back and I don't even get an apology. They offer the money back for one sandwich. But told me I couldn't have a Refund for the other because there was nothing wrong with it., But there was something wrong with it. My husband just found a nasty hair in his food. Why would I want to eat my burger? Not once did those people apologize to us... The hair was long and black and went through the entire sandwich! After being told that I would not receive A Refund for the other sandwich. Because there was nothing wrong with it, I began to tell them. Yes, there was something wrong with it. And I wanted my money back. And the big guy inside decided. He wanted to tell my husband to come inside and fight him... Really over a dollar burger.. We found hair in our food. Why not just give us our money back and apologize? Instead, they wanted to fight with us. And not even give an apology for a nasty hair in our food. The hair was stuck in the burger.!!!!
