If I could give this location a ZERO for what experience we went through I definitely would. These individuals in the store can't seem to read a order correctly, we went to this location 3× and they still didn't get the sandwich right.
We ordered a Giant Philly on White Bread with Double Meat and Cheese, we also ordered it without peppers or onions. You would think this should be easy to do..... well apparently it's more difficult than I thought. The 1st sandwich we got was correct but had some sort of small like bone chunks throughout the sandwhich? We take it back and point this out to Dakota(Lead), he offers to remake the sandwich. He takes the receipt that had the order on it and made it. The 2nd sandwich which we received was made with peppers and onions? Now we go to the store for the 3rd time in which I pointed out very clearly what this sandwich was supposed to be. Now they make the sandwich for a 3rd time and handed it to me, well let's say I was watching noticing that it didn't look like double meat. I asked the cook does this have double meat and cheese, he replies no I didn't know it was supposed to be made that way. Well apparently his Lead Dakota forgot to inform him that, he then remakes this sandwich again for a 4th time. I recieve the sandwich and bring it home well it is now on the Rosemary Bread instead of the White... I call the restaraunt and speak to Dakota who tries to claim this sandwich was supposed to be with that Rosemary Bread and I state I showed you the receipt you saw it clearly how can you make that mistake?
Let's just say that this all happened and each time we were at the restaraunt there was Maybe 1 or 2 customers each time. It's not like they were busy and couldn't take the time to ensure the order was 100% correct. This isn't the first time that our orders are coming out incorrect, other times we have just tried to understand the circumstance because of how busy they get. This is no excuse for a store to be very slow and you make a sandwich 4 times with the guest not being able to even eat it. The only thing they gave us is 2 free sandwich cards in which you have to use at a location in...
Read moreWe LOVE Jersey Mike’s, However, we had a HORRIFIC experience with one of the employees! A very sweet employee was being so patient with my Aunt and her special needs. As she was helping my aunt understand how points work, a male employee came around, and shoved the girl away from the register! She continued to help my Aunt, Until he aggressively turned towards the girl, got close to her face, and YELLED: “CAN YOU NOT? I’M TRYING TO GET HER PHONE NUMBER SO I CAN LOOK UP HER POINTS!” It was SO loud, you could easily hear it from anywhere in the restaurant! The young woman acted as if it was no big deal, leaving me wondering if this is the type of environment she is constantly exposed to! It’s extremely disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL. I was able to get the name of the abusive employee: Randel G - who apparently goes by “Buba”. I’ve worked in management for 12 years and I would NEVER let him come anywhere near my customers...
Read moreFirst time going to Jersey Mike's. I had a gift card that was given to me by a local business, so I thought I would try it out. Most of the staff seemed quite new as several of them were being guided by the seasoned staffer. When I went to check out, they had trouble with my gift card and simply told me it wasn't valid. The guy that seemed to be in charge simply said the computer system was the worst and had that problem about 90% of the time. This review is mostly for the owner of the company. You should give your people the right tools so this isn't a 90% problem. Also, the checkout process is extra annoying where the guy had to explain (to every single customer) that you have to answer questions on the keypad before it would accept your card. The questions are the manipulative "do you want to tip?" and "how much". The sandwich was fine. The customer experience was poor. You have room for...
