I stumbled upon Wicked Peel in Midvale while on a short work trip to Salt Lake City. I could not have found a better place! Everything was top notch from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. The service cannot be beat. My server Nathan was so friendly and also knowledgeable about the food and the story behind the restaurant and owners. It was evident he truly cares about the place and enjoys his work. He explained the name "Wicked Peel", discussed the top quality ingredients they use, how the owners brought in a wood-fired oven from Italy, and more. And the pizza lived up to all of it. I've ordered the same salad several times and it's always a different variation. Sometimes there's mushrooms, Sometimes there's not. Usually there's garbonzo beans. This time around not so much. One whole slice of a beet. I recreated the exact same order that I put in earlier this week and the pricing was about 7 dollars different. I. DON'T. GET. IT!!! These owners need a class in customer service. This is a follow up review. Asked for a review to my concerns. I got nothing. When they feel something is done, it’s done. Don’t waste your money or time at this place. I am bringing my lawyers into this matter if my credit union does nothing about it. I got hurt and expressed my concerns in the same day using their contact us portion of the website. Yet, no responses after multiple attempts over many days.
