My visit started out rough after I had booked well in advance after reading the FAQ page to make sure it would be a success. I booked with the informed assumption that by doing so as far in advance as possible I would be placed on a higher floor near the center only to be placed on the bottom near the right side. When I requested a higher floor from the front desk they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, completely defeating the purpose of a reservation. When I pointed them to the FAQ on this subject they then explained that it was irrelevant and told me I should have put it in the notes. The same notes section that bears the description telling me to use that field for special needs requests, like wheelchair accessibility, not for requesting things that are already implied in the description of the booking (ie best available bay, meaning higher floor and center line). When I spoke with the manager about this later he agreed that this was a gross misinterpretation of the “notes” field by his staff. Then the heater wasn’t working very well in our bays, making it a pretty cold experience for some of our group. Finally, I get that good service means being available when needed, but we were constantly being interrupted by multiple servers throughout the night. There probably wasn’t a two minute break between servers which made it feel more like being chaperoned than being served. Any time we tried bringing something up to any of them the responses were terse and unfriendly. I’ve enjoyed my visits to the vineyard location, but this was a very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning to the salt lake location again. I tried talking over the phone with the manager who seemed very receptive to our conversation, but I found out later that he was only trying to save face and make me go away by giving me empty promises about how things will be so different if I try to book again with them. I will never be returning here, nor will anyone else in my 2 bay group.

Read moreUpdating review: 8/23/2022 Did the summer pass again this year. It was fantastic! We enjoy the appetizer type foods which are easy to share. Tried the buffalo chicken dip for the first time and it was great along with a few summer drinks (added photos). Mac bites, pepperoni flatbread & boneless wings are still our go-to faves. Fun family activity - love the summer pass which covers bay rental (weekdays before 4 pm). Food & drink is additional charge.
Adding to review: 7/10/2021 Did the summer pass and have visited a few times mid-week/mid-day, which has been a blast! Adding a few more pictures of additional menu items we've tried. The macaroni bites & flatbread are still our favorites! We also like the hummus and chips & salsa; but didn't care for the pretzel bites. The injectable donuts seemed a little dry last time so we tried the skookie, which was super chocolatey & delicious. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
Original review: 4/2021 This place is awesome!! We've been as a family a few times and have had a blast every time. It is a new family favorite! They have COVID-19 precautions in place (masks, plastic barriers between bays, and digital menus).
Our service and the food has always been exceptional. We enjoy trying different menu items and have liked everything we've ordered. They have a lot of great kid-friendly, shareable food options. Our top faves are the cheesy macaroni bites, pepperoni flatbread, and injectable donuts holes. Other menu items we've tried are also fantastic.
We've been afternoon/early evenings (3-5 PM) and have gotten in without a wait. A two hour bay rental has been perfect for our family of four. You can pay for one hour and then decide if you want to extend. Evening and weekend rates are higher and it is much busier. Prices and menus are available on...
Read moreFirst timer here! I've heard so many good things about this place and the hype is real. We had reservations to go and upon checking in and actually getting to our slot area was about a five to ten-minute wait as when we got there, they were just getting the slot area ready and de-sanitized for our party.
The lobby was pleasant and felt really inviting. Lots of things to see and observe. What I also loved about the curb appeal of this place was that there's an area designated to pull up your car and drop people off or pick them up. In addition, there's a side ramp for people who have disabilities (in a wheelchair, on crutches, etc).
Upon entering the lobby, you are greeted warmly by an employee behind the podium and can ask them info as to where to go, etc. The check-in area is to the right, and as you can also see from the lobby, the restaurant area is to the left (if you're just there for the food!), and in between, there's apparel and items for purchase.
We were ushered to our assigned area and really loved the stationary heaters above us to keep us warm, directly above the seats! Physical menus are not available during the pandemic and you can access the digital menu via phone.
Our waiter, Riley, was fantastic. Super friendly, accommodating, and just really genuine. He had great recommendations on food and he was attentive in getting our food quickly. The menu was not huge, but it wasn't small either. There's a handful of things on each category of the menu. Family favorites: pretzel bites, (bone-in) buffalo wings, tater tots were perfectly crispy, and the chicken bites were a hit with the littles.
Def will come back for another great family outing. I love that it's outside, even though you feel like...
