Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Midvale

Update: This location is the absolute worst when it comes to detail. After my previous review (below). We went again today(12/7/18) for one last chance. Well, instead of giving SOY as ordered, we were given Dairy milk AGAIN. Never will we visit a Beans and Brews again, they clearly don't pay attention to specific detailed orders. Previous Post: This location is Consistently getting our order wrong. I'm writing this review because today was the last straw. Ordered two hot Soy white Rasp. Mochas In the drive thru. As we headed home we noticed it was dark chocolate (very much dislike the dark choc.) Turned around went inside to have them remake it. I tasted one and it was right, we get home and taste the other one which had dairy milk. We only drink soy so we recognize the sour dairy taste. This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, or concern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. My husband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchise did away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don’t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Their Americano coffee...

I come here often. My work is just down the street. I always get the same; decaf coffee and an oatmeal. This morning was a not so good morning for me. Sick with strep throat and not in a great mood. I ordered my usual; decaf with cream and sugar and an oatmeal. I got to my office and noticed the coffee did not have cream and sugar. I called the store. The lady who I spoke to said she'd come right to my office with a new coffee with cream and sugar! Wow, talk about redeeming and service. We are all human and are not perfect, however, her excellent service redeemed my morning! I am sure she set a great example for her team at Beans and Brews. I sure...
