Maya's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Midway

First off, their menu us large but they don't have any portable menus for you to use so you can't get a full understanding of the offerings unless you stand there and awkwardly wait for the screens to switch between offerings.

They provide a very small amount of chips and don't provide salsa with the chips but refried beans.

The main dish was burnt with but not a lot lf flavor. For tortillas they didn't offer corn or flour, just gave flour.

The atmosphere was dual and tv didn't even work. I don't mind that is attached to a gas station, but...

Delicious tacos! We loved the pastor, asada, and pollo. Tortillas are soft and delicious. The chips come with the meal and seem to be house made, with a delicious refried bean dip and salsas. I wish they also served the chips with a house-made pico de gallo or red salsa. Maybe they sell pico or guacamole, but I didn’t see it on the menu??

Wow - this place was amazing! Super fresh and authentic. Everything we ordered was delicious. The guacamole was awesome, carnitas were flavorful and not greasy, burrito was huge and the barbacoa in it was perfectly spiced and tender and the quesabrina was such a hit the kids abandoned their quesadillas for them. This is by far the best Mexican food in the area and it was fresher than any place I’ve been in Utah. They were also super friendly. Can’t recommend enough,...
