Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Midwest City

I visited this location with a work colleague to take advantage of my Father's Day Box Combo BOGO for 2025, an offer available through the app if you are a member of the Caniac Club..

I've enjoyed Cane's since the mid-2000s when I first tried them in Columbus, Ohio.. One thing I've come to appreciate is their consistency across the chain..

Today's visit delivered the great customer service and fresh, hot food I've come to expect from Cane's over the years..

The customer service at the counter was great, the food was ready within a minute or so, and the store was as inviting as any Cane's location I've visited..

The chicken fingers were piping hot, perfectly breaded, and deelish!! The fries were amply portioned, hot, and lightly salted.. The cole slaw was cold, crisp, and as tasty as I've come to expect.. And the bread was, well you know, decadent..

Pro Tip - If you want to spice up your Cane's sauce a bit, ask for a Louisiana Hot Sauce packet and add it to your Cane's sauce for dipping.. You can thank me later..

This was my first ever visit to Cains. As it was constantly recommended by everyone, I figured I would give it a try. The food was absolutely delicious (but cold)! However, every single other thing was not.

I ordered through the app and it will not let you pick up your order by curbside or drive thru, you have to physically go in...but why??? Very inconvenient when you have an injured foot and 2 dogs with you.

The app said my order was ready so I went inside. It took 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged me as I was actively trying to get somebody to come to the counter. Young employees with their cell phones were going in and out of the area, not one eye glance or just a minute please. Finally, somebody came to the counter and gave me the food that had been sitting in the window the whole entire time I was waiting...

Food is always super Hot & fresh! Sometimes the batter on the chicken could be a bit more done, but just for that crunch factor lol Staff could definitely be more friendly for sure. Especially the drive thru staff, as they are the first contact we make as customers. Be happy, welcoming, & inviting! The MWC location definitely needs some training in that! It's right by our house so we eat there atleast once a month usually twice. Today we got home & was missing a chicken sandwich, and 2 sides of cole slaw. We are a family of 4 so we never spend less than $60. So I didn't get to eat with my family & hubby had no slaw that I paid extra for. I called and Tyler (Manager) said to bring my receipt & I could get my food. I'm not going to drive back up there today. Besides, my family is done eating now. I'll get it later.
