First of all, this place is disgusting....mold growing places, dirty floors, just gross! Just got home to eat our take out appetizers, first time customers. This food is absolutely gross, we threw it away after a few bites. We ordered the loaded nachos and when we got home noticed that they are the red and green chips (we are a dye free family). The chips tasted like they were from last Christmas. The toppings did not match what was listed on the menu either, thank goodness we don't have other food allergies. Seriously gross. When my husband called to take the order they were not friendly at all and when I came in to pick up my order I experienced the same. I stood at the front because I did not know where to pick up the to go meals , 2 girls walked by and didn't even look up at me. While I was waiting and sitting in the chair, I noticed a lizard running on the floor. It ended up running into the closet and I told the girl about it. She opened the closet and she couldn't find it and said that she would keep an eye out for it and did not seem concerned at all. How appetizing. 🤢 Um, gross. Would NOT RECOMMEND. What a waste of money. Would not even give...

So this place deserves 5 stats but our last experience was a bit lacking. They honestly have some of the bedt burgers in all of Cincinnati. BUT. They were overwhelmed this last trip, to many patrons for not enough staff, took tbe poor over worked server close to 45 minutes to get pur order, wasnt to bad because it game more time with finance. Her burger wasnt as good as it usually is... maybe it wasnt seasoned. The kereoke was WAY to loud. I love karaoke, but when you have screachers and yellers that needs immediate adjustments. Their was a couple out of control next to us that was unfortunately ruining not only our experience but that of the group next to them. In each booth there are small tvs for watching sports but are was broken. This very untypical but i might be ordering take out for a while, as i like a neighborhood bar experience. Other than that i would like to see a make your own burger or some more options... with that said, please remember this is the best burger you can get on the east side, short of going to mt lookout or eastern ave... and even then these burgers are amazing and can easily compete for the best in...

Probably good regular barfly spot as it was crowded on a Monday night at dinner, but service was extremely slow and food was bland. Got there at 5:30 for a small friend's gathering. Ordered one round of drinks and water plus 3 appetizers within 10 minutes. Took over 30 minutes to get 2 of the 3 appetizers. Ordered dinner. Never got the 3rd appetizer. Waited over an hour for dinner including a bland grilled burger. No idea how other meals were. While we waited for dinner they set up a speaker right next to our table for Singo. Regulars liked it, but not thrilled with music blaring in our ears killing our conversation. Waited 30 minutes for the check after we finished eating then 1 guy had the check for 5 people instead of the 3 he told the waitress at the beginning, he just paid it cause he didn't want to wait longer. Didn't get out till 8:20 and we weren't drinking! It took almost 3 hours for appetizers and bar food! Completely unacceptable. It was crowded, but there was zero table turnover so it wasn't like they had 100 tickets to handle. Probably a good local spot for barflies like I said but we...
