This is the second time in the Milford location that my daughter was being discriminated. My daughter is autistic . First time she was denied riding a ride with her cousins because of her age. She’s two years older than her cousin but they are about the same size. A female asked my daughter how old are you ? Jade replied 5, the employee said no. I would like to know why? Today my daughter was sitting in the ball pit playing and two different times she was being pelted in the face with the balls . She even said stop to one girl and nothing was done . The girl continued to follow her and hit her hard in the face until I said something . Where were her parents? Where was staff ? Second time today a boy was doing the same . My husband saw his mother, grandmother (I don’t know what she was to the boy)watch the boy hit my daughter 3 times as hard as he could in the face, not saying nothing so My husband spoke up . She went on screaming and yelling at me and my husband cuz we told the boy to stop. Long story short the person in charge his name started with a T (Truman, Terrell, Terrance) it was hard to hear inside, took me and my husband aside while the lady continued to yell in the background. He made US leave. Not the yelling lady !! My daughter was taking away from the fun because of what??? She did nothing wrong!! We said nothing wrong!!!
Something needs to be done about this discrimination against...
Read moreI do not recommend this play location. The total for 3 kids was over $70, which is outrageously overpriced. Most places offer free entry for kids 2 years old and under, but here they charge even for 1-year-olds. Additionally, the worker automatically charged me for socks without asking if I brought my own. When I told her I had my own socks, she watched me take them out of my bag like a hawk, only to claim that the socks weren’t from their location because they didn’t have a logo—even though I had purchased them from the trumbull location before they started adding logos to their socks... She still made me buy new socks without any consideration.
Despite my frustration, I paid the overpriced bill because my kids were excited to play. However, the experience didn’t improve. The staff micromanaged how my kids were playing and even complained when my fiancé helped our 1-year-old on the slides. It was uncomfortable and far from a pleasant outing.
This place is way too expensive, the staff are overly strict, and it doesn’t feel family-friendly at all. Save your money and...

I went here for the first time this week. (On a Tuesday) Before going, I read the google reviews so I want to address what a lot of them say.
Cleanliness: It was clean in there including the bathrooms. Maybe on busier days it is not as clean - not sure.
“Extra” Rides: My son was upset he didn’t have access to the rides. (I wasn’t going to pay the extra $3 per ride) Many kids were upset - especially when others paid and went on the swing ride. My suggestion - don’t charge for them OR get rid of them and install more play areas.
Staff: The man working there was very kind and professional. He was able to answer all my questions.
Pricing: I was charged $14.95 on a Tuesday for my son to play for unlimited time. INCLUDING leaving to get lunch and coming back again. I was not charged as the parent. Nor was my 6 month old baby. Although I did see on the website they charge $5.95 for an adult.
Ages: I would say the best age for this place is 1-5 year olds. Any older kids would prefer Dave and Busters...
