Well I would like to say a lot of things about this place, but let’s talk about today around 10:50-11:15 at the drive thru window. Who have served me at the window a few times and always with this poor attitude. Right now I understand that during the holidays and pandemic, we are stressing. But that should be a reason why to spread a smile, a laugh, good vibes.... Jolly mood. There is a saying to leave all things at the door when entering someone else home, or your job. Any-who as I got two orders of snakin bacon, one that was warm tad on the crispy side which I do love when it has a nice crisp to it over the flimsy ones that you tend to keep chewing til you can’t choke on it.... but it had no seasoning on it (the best part) and the other order was cold(as normal) and flimsy but had the seasoning on it. As the women hands my change, then the coffee and my bacon oh so rudely. Feeling rushed I spilled a little hot coffee on my hand I ask for some napkins(which should always be handed in the bag with your order) her attitude got bigger and I honestly didn’t appreciate that, doesn’t matter if you’re rushing cause the timer is in red zone, or you’re backed up. Each customer should be respected, and appreciated the same. Even when you got those tough customers. Even tho I’m not the one to complain cause I would just stop coming, but I still show up to give them another change, and mainly cause not everyone is the same. But you guys are suppose to be a team, be a team player and spread some joy during the holidays especially what’s been going on this past year. Read moreUsed a sliced of croissant that fell on the floor I went by the drive thru to get a coffee and croissant. My croissant was really burnt but, I still ate it. I noticed my coffee order was wrong though. Thats when I decided to go in get my order fixed. They were kind enough to remake my coffee. While waiting, I was watching the food get prepped. One of the workers dropped a slice of the croissant. He looked around and picked it up. I was watching to see what he would do next. Instead of throwing it in the garbage, he placed it on the side and went to prepare a different order. After he finished that one. He got the sliced croissants that he left on the side, placed it on top of the bacon egg and cheese and closed it up and gave it to the lady from the drive thru. That’s when I spoke up. I told the other guy out loud that he just picked it up from the floor and played it off. They tried to tell me it was a new one. No it was NOT. He did not go to get a new slice of croissant. Read moreI went inside to order the woman took my order and I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese on croissants and a bacon wake up wrap. she repeated back to me. she never put the bacon wake up wrap in the computer and then after I got my other food I asked about the wrap, and she said you didn't order that. I said yes, I did, and you said it back to me. she then proceeded to say well you can pay for it now. I said forget it. I checked the other sandwiches and there was no sausage and not only did the woman who took the order repeat sausage egg and cheese back to me but the man who made them said sausage egg and cheese when he handed me the bag. the sticker on the bag also said sausage egg and cheese. the staff is rude, and the kitchen appeared to be dirty.
